For anyone planning to move here in the future: if you want to enjoy the experience of searching for your packages in an extremely messy mailroom and losing packages every month; having no one care about your maintenance requests, with work orders marked “complete” when everything is actually only half-repaired; using a fitness room where some of the equipment is broken; waiting six weeks for an AC unit to be installed; and being charged a full month’s parking fee even when you move in halfway through the month—this is the place for you. For anyone who already lives here, if you want someone to actually take your problems seriously, here are an effective solution based on my experience: file a report with the UF Off-Campus Life Office. Unfortunately, ordinary maintenance requests and repeated follow-ups did not seem to be enough in my case.

Ms. Lyn, the manager, is incredibly kind, responsive, understanding, and professional. Since I moved in, our unit has had several maintenance issues. While a few are still being addressed, she has consistently worked hard to resolve them. She genuinely cares about the residents and always does her best to address concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible. I truly appreciate Ms. Lyn's outstanding management and the entire staff's dedication, commitment, and support.

I love to live in here!! I have lived at Continuum Apartments for the past year, and I really appreciate the new manager, Lyn Sowell, and the entire team. They are always kind, understanding, and willing to listen to residents. Whenever there is an issue, they make a sincere effort to help and find a solution!!!

I love this location! It allows me to feel like I'm on campus, but not on-campus. One of the best things about here.... THERE'S A PARKING GARAGE. Considering hurricane season seems to be whenever and wherever in Florida, it was a huge selling point to protect my car. They recently got a new manager and I've been able to see the changes around here that I'm looking forward to!!

I lived here for 3 years. The first 2.5 years were great. The maintenance was amazing and the management was reasonable. This past January the entire staff changed (new property manager, new maintenance, etc.). Since then, everything has gone down hill. Trash is not cleared, maintenance is slow, management is not organized. Overall the location is great, the gym has good equipment, and the prices are reasonable for the location. But I am glad I was moving out this year regardless due to graduation. I hope management gets better but for now I’d be weary about signing a lease until things settle down.
