Unfortunately, my experience with Kate was extremely disappointing\. From the moment I walked into the office and asked for a tour, she rolled her eyes and immediately made me feel unwelcome\. She appeared to be scrolling on TikTok when I arrived, and when I asked for a tour, her attitude made it seem like I was inconveniencing her\. She gave me a nasty look and seemed completely uninterested in showing me around\. I even asked her if she was okay because of how she was treating me, and she simply responded, “Oh, me? I’m good\.” Customer service should make potential residents feel welcomed and valued, especially when they’re considering signing a lease\. Unfortunately, Kate’s attitude left a very negative impression and would honestly make me think twice about living here\.

I had the pleasure of hosting a permanent jewelry pop-up event for Austin’s brand ambassadors! (Lucky Ladies!!) Austin, his team and the ambassadors were all super sweet and made it a great event! The leasing office is absolutely gorgeous! I can’t even imagine how beautiful the new apartments are going to be! What a time to be a college student! The design and team is top notch!

Sweetwater is a great building! Even when there were occasional difficulties, Albert at the leasing office was always incredibly helpful. He consistently made sure the property was well-maintained, kept the package room organized by unit number, and ensured resident requests were handled quickly and efficiently.
