I had the pleasure of hosting a permanent jewelry pop-up event for Austin’s brand ambassadors! (Lucky Ladies!!) Austin, his team and the ambassadors were all super sweet and made it a great event! The leasing office is absolutely gorgeous! I can’t even imagine how beautiful the new apartments are going to be! What a time to be a college student! The design and team is top notch!

From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the community and available units. Kylie took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, helping me navigate the leasing process smoothly and with confidence. She’s always quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and I truly felt like she cared about making sure I had a positive experience. Sweetwater is a great building! Even when there were occasional difficulties, Albert at the leasing office was always incredibly helpful. He consistently made sure the property was well-maintained, kept the package room organized by unit number, and ensured resident requests were handled quickly and efficiently.

The atmosphere of the coffee shop is amazing and fun, but the staff was insanely rude and made the interaction feel as if she was doing me a favor, I asked for a second to look at the menu (nobody else was in line and it was not close to closing) and she sat there and stared at me until I just picked one. The prices are ridiculous for the quality you get. Bitter and watered down

the hot tub closes at 8pm so there is no point in them even having a hot tub. just live somewhere else tbh the Internet stops working literally every single night (Ethernet, not just the wifi... which also stops working). dead roaches in the hallways, random noises in the walls in the apartment all the time. for the price you would think it would be a dream
