BEWARE!!!! Customer service is their lowest priority. Very simply they are in the business of getting what they can from the students. A community that should support our students, Trimark's niche is pushing every contractual "right" as far as they can because they know litigation is too costly. They charge the students a redecorating fee - wear and tear items, like carpet should be on them, but they write it in the contract. If a toilet breaks, the current tenant will get blamed because it wasn't caught by the other tenants or they will claim it wasn't reported.

I lived in University Heights my Freshman Year and never experienced any problems. However, I was in the renovated unit with a roommate so the interior was a step up than the other units. The outside exterior and hallways definitely had some character but the location and price was unbeatable. I left to live in a house off campus, and have decided that I wanted to live in a studio starting Fall of 2019. I began apartment hunting all over again last month. I looked at multiple Trimark units and other properties not owned by Trimark. Many properties I looked at close to campus were significantly cheaper, but not nearly the caliber of Trimark properties. As far as price point comparison, you definitely are paying to work with a professional staff and for the quality of apartments. I looked at multiple units, all of which Angie showed me. She was incredibly helpful and patient when I ultimately took multiple weeks deciding where to sign. She is energetic, quick to respond, and a great saleswoman. The major downfall that I have experienced is the price and parking, hence 4 stars. Based on all of my experiences, I would definitely recommend Trimark to students who can afford the properties and value customer service/cleanliness. (Also tour with Angie!)

Overall, I've had a very positive experience with Trimark. I chose to live with them because their units had the best features and location for my price range. Compared to other apartments near campus, Trimark's apartments are definitely amongst the newest and most modern. I am a five minute walk from campus which is priceless. However, I do have a car and parking is very limited. Trimark recently purchased a parking lot, which certainly has helped alleviate the situation, but it's still an issue to consider. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and their maintenance team is phenomenal.

I was looking for a few weeks for an apartment for my daughter, talking to several leasing agents. I called Trimark and found Angie Orfield, one of their leasing agents. Angie is absolutely THE BEST leasing agent I have ever worked with!!! Being a Realtor myself, I know the business well, and Angie is very friendly, professional and was determined to help me find an apartment for my daughter. As is turns out, I was able to secure the very last apartment available, with her help. Angie made the process so easy and exceeded all my expectations! I highly recommend Angie! We are looking forward to working with her as my daughter moves into her new apartment.

I have absolutely loved living in Trimark's properties the last two years, and would recommend their apartments to anyone who is looking for a high quality place that is so close to campus. Any time I have a problem with anything, the maintenance staff is timely, and they are always willing to work on whatever needs fixing. I have enjoyed getting the experience of random roommates and sharing a bedroom, to now having my close friends with my own room at Ashton Lane. Overall, Trimark has what you are looking for and more, and their apartment complexes always fill up fast, so make sure you sign your lease early in the semester!
