DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! The roach problem here has been absolutely disgusting and extremely frustrating. I have repeatedly found roaches inside my apartment. I submitted a maintenance request specifically about the roach issue. I’m still seeing roaches and have had to spend my own money on bait and other products to try to deal with the problem myself. I have lost count of how many roaches we have encountered in our apartment. They’re crawling on our walls and floors. I’ve been told it’s because of the weather conditions outside, but not once has this ever happened to me in the 10 years I’ve lived in Florida. Update: Stadium house staff told me I had to find someone to find the source of where the roaches are coming from on my own with my own money. This is unacceptable. I should not be paying for my own pest control when it’s clearly a building problem. Update: STILL A ROACH INFESTATION AND NOTHING BEING DONE ABOUT IT

Unresponsive to any form of communication, completely rude staff members, room was filthy when we moved in, absolutely not worth the 1.5k for rent. Good luck fixing any maintenance issues! Took us over a year to get anything resolved. Get rude snarky eye rolls when I ask about packages. Publish open hours on insta then I wait 15 minutes for them to decide to open 2 hours late.

Do NOT live here. This has been the worst apartment experience I've ever had. The only positive is that it's close to campus. Unfortunately, it's right next to Midtown, so expect loud music and people screaming until 2–3 AM. The windows don't seal properly, so you hear everything. My apartment was dirty when I moved in, the hallways are filthy, and things constantly break. Maintenance is extremely slow—I reported a broken kitchen outlet multiple times, and it still wasn't fixed after two months. Management is by far the worst part. The manager was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Every time I reached out for help, I felt like my concerns were brushed off instead of taken seriously. The fees are outrageous. It honestly feels like management is more focused on collecting money than helping residents. There are random charges that aren't clearly explained, parking is around $250/month, and I was told subleasing would be easy before signing. Instead, it requires a $250 application fee plus 85% of your rent, which felt very misleading. The fire alarms are unbearable. They go off constantly, usually between 12–3 AM, and they're almost always false alarms. They don't stop after a few minutes—they can go on for hours, waking everyone up and making it nearly impossible to sleep. This happened repeatedly, and nothing was ever done to fix the problem. Overall, this apartment is dirty, poorly managed, overpriced, and not worth the money. Save yourself the stress, sleepless nights, and wasted money.

I've been at the Stadium for over a year now, and it's been a fantastic experience. Over the past year, they've significantly improved maintenance and cleanliness. Cleaners are there every morning, vacuuming and replacing wipes for the gym equipment, which now includes new mobility gear. The building always smells fresh. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, readily addressing any questions you may have. Watch out for the added surprise fees and then late charges that come with them. The girls were charged an additional hundreds of dollars at end of lease. There is literally no one who will speak to you from the management office. These students get beyiond taken advantage of by Stadium House and Assetliving.
