We really enjoyed our stay at Rise 34. The clubhouse is lovely, the pool is great, and the staff is friendly and professional. Robert was especially helpful and always easy to deal with. We’d definitely recommend it.

I lived at Rise for 3 years and I cannot say enough nice things about the amazing staff. Louis, Aquira, and Robert were always friendly and super helpful! It is clear that they genuinely care. I always felt safe and comfortable, the amenities were nice, and the location relative to UF, Butler Plaza, etc. allows you to avoid a lot of traffic. I would 100% live there again.

I wanted to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding experience we had yesterday while signing our lease. From start to finish, the process was seamless, enjoyable, and truly made us feel excited and welcomed to the Rise34 community. We especially want to recognize Will, who was incredible to work with throughout the process. As we became familiar with Rise34, he was always knowledgeable, patient, hospitable, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to answer our questions, made us feel comfortable every step of the way, and helped make what can often be a stressful process an exciting one. We truly enjoyed working with him and are so grateful for all of his support. Thank you to the entire team for making such a wonderful first impression. I've called this community home for more than two years, and it's been a wonderful place to live. As the first apartment I've ever lived in, it has set a very high standard. What truly sets it apart is the staff. They are approachable, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents. Whenever I've had a question or needed assistance, I've received a quick response and clear communication. The property is consistently well cared for, and the common areas are always clean and inviting. On the rare occasions I've needed maintenance, requests were handled efficiently and with minimal hassle, which is something I really appreciate. Another major advantage is the location. Everything I need—from work and grocery stores to restaurants and shopping—is conveniently nearby, while the community itself still feels peaceful and comfortable. Renewing my lease after two years was an easy decision. It's rare to find a place that continues to meet and even exceed expectations over time. If you're looking for a community that is well-managed, responsive, and enjoyable to live in, I would absolutely recommend it.
