Move in was incredibly smooth, apartment was clean and management was great. My daughter can’t stop talking about the events here which makes me very happy. We made the right choice. I want to thank Monica for touring me and my daughter her professionalism and attention to detail is what really sold us here, when she introduced us to Brandon the property manager, I knew we were in good hands. Would recommend to anyone.

Monica deserves ALL five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment I met her, she made me feel so welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely valued. She is incredibly sweet, kind, and amazing at what she does. You can truly tell she cares about making people feel at home. Honestly, Monica is the literal reason I’ll be signing my lease! She made such a great impression, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. ❤️

I’ve had a great experience living at Nine31 the past 2 years. I even renewed my lease for next year. The amenities are amazing and they are always hosting fun resident events. It’s also in the perfect location and it’s a short walk to everything. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. Overall, living here has been a really positive experience!

I’ve had a terrible experience for the past two months. I’ve been locked out of my apartment in the middle of the night because my fob stopped working, certain doors and elevators don’t work for weeks at a time, the hot tub is hardly ever hot, and I got charged double one month for rent mistakenly with late fees charged every single day when I did pay rent on time. The trash rooms are so filled with trash that I can’t even make it to the trash chute. It’s a disgusting disaster. I spoke with management and they were very unhelpful and rude. Nothing seems to be done and I got no refunds for any of these inconveniences. I would not renew my lease and would not suggest anyone sign to live here. I leave messages on the voicemail and no one gets back to me regarding these issues. I’ve been blatantly told that I didn’t even call.

Great experience at 931! Feel so at ease now that my daughter is finally settled into her first place away from home. She is happy w her roommates, her apartment, and its location. Huge THANKS to Emma and Monica for going above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition. 👍
