Jose is hands down the best maintenance person I have ever dealt with. He is always professional, friendly, and incredibly quick to respond whenever something needs attention. No matter how big or small the issue is, Jose handles it with care, patience, and a positive attitude that genuinely makes residents feel valued. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done perfectly, and you can tell he truly cares about the property and the people living here. Reliable, hardworking, respectful, and just an all around great person, Jose is a huge reason why this property feels like home. The management team is extremely lucky to have someone like him.

I lived here for three years and was extremely disappointed by how the new management handled my move-out. It felt like they were looking for any reason to charge me, including dust on a ceiling fan, normal wear and tear, and carpet stains that were already present when I moved in. The carpets had not been replaced in years, yet I was still charged for their condition. After being a resident for three years, I expected a much fairer and more reasonable move-out process. I strongly recommend documenting every detail with photos before moving in and again before moving out. Extremely disappointing!!!

The new management has been super sweet and so easy to work with. New renovations were done this past summer and it all looks very good and fresh! The location is great and my roommate and I have had no complaints. Highly recommend!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. They are completely scamming young college kids. Lived here my last 3 years and had an amazing experience. New management came in and once I moved out got absurd charges with photos to explain the charges. Dust on my fan and desk: $80. Rust in our oven and little debris in our microwave: $100. This has happened to not just my household, but other households that moved out too. No where did it state that house should be spotless before moving out or else we would be charged absurd amount of money for them doing regular cleaning before new resident come in. This did not happen with the last management. We have lived here three years and am astonished at their scamming tactics to make more money, despite their already high leasing prices.

Lived at Lyons Corner for the last three years. It was a great community and a great place to live close to campus, and Jose and Cristobal were always the best with maintenance. I was very disappointed after the new management took over, and things changed significantly especially with moveout. My roommates and I accumulated over $1,000 from management in fees and damages for what were just regular wear and tear (dust, normal wear of carpet and floors, etc.) over our two year rental in the townhome (not to mention when we moved in initially we had to pay out of pocket for cleaning and carpet cleaning because of condition). It is VERY evident that the new management is trying to take advantage of and get money out of college students. Also to be charging for things like regular cleaning and upkeep that are expected to be handled by the leasing company before new tenants is ridiculous. And to charge such amounts of money and then be conveniently unavailable by phone or email when there are questions or want to discuss those charges is not ok. I have not heard of a single unit that has moved out without being charged ridiculous fees like this. We are disappointed and encourage anyone thinking about signing a lease here to be aware of these type of situations they may be put in.
