Large fees due at move out. We lived there for 3 years and requested carpet cleaning during the summer which was denied, staining in sinks they couldn’t remove. Then when we moved out we were charged with this “damage”. Ownership changed months prior to moving out and no documentation was given to new owner with all of our records. Awful customer service and terrible communication from company!! Take photos and email everything when you move in to protect yourself if choosing to live here. I do NOT recommend this management company!!

My 🐊’s have lived at Lyons corner this year and cannot say enough about how well Jose has taken care of every issue . The apartment is very spacious, and will be BEAUTIFUL with all the planned renovations!

Do not live here. I lived here for the past three years and had a great experience until new management took over. After moving out, I was hit with what I believe are completely unreasonable cleaning charges supported by photos that did not justify the costs. I was charged $80 for dust on a desk and ceiling fan and $100 for rust in the oven and minor debris in the microwave. These are items that would typically be addressed during routine turnover cleaning before a new resident moves in. This wasn’t an isolated experience either. Multiple households who moved out around the same time received similarly excessive charges. At no point were we informed that the apartment needed to be professionally cleaned or left in spotless, move-in-ready condition to avoid these fees. Had that expectation been clearly communicated, we would have taken additional steps before our inspection. It’s disappointing to see what feels like an attempt to generate additional revenue through excessive move-out charges, especially considering the already high cost of living here.

Jose from the maintenance team has been very reliable and quick to respond, typically showing up the same day that I put in a maintenance request! Really communicative and respectful and always makes me feel like any issue is addressed quickly and precisely!

Watching the small changes with the new management team at Lyons Corner has been a refreshing experience! It's the little things that really stand out, like seeing the property manager taking the time to clean up trash around the property. It shows that she truly cares about the community and its upkeep. I’m excited to see what Coastal Ridge has in store for the future of Lyons Corner. Keep up the great work!
