Just signed for my daughter’s brand new apartment and she couldn’t be more excited to join this beautiful upscale community in August! The informative staff made the process super easy for us. The location is at the heart of the UF Campus with everything she’ll need as far as restaurants & grocery shopping at her fingertips!! Thank you, Legacy at The Standard!

This place is absolutely horrendous, nothing stays fixed especially the amenities and management takes forever to respond only to do nothing about it. Would seriously reconsider living here if you’ve already signed a lease.

Major bug infestations on South Side of building. Massey pest services told my roommates and I that our apartment is the best they have seen and we have fruit flies everywhere and even some roaches- In a CLEAN apartment.

I cannot express enough gratitude to the front office team, specifically Ryan, Kaylie and Alessia. Over the past few months, I’ve been struggling with declining health, only to discover that my off-campus housing (marketed as "luxury student living") was the root cause. The urgent need to find a new place left me incredibly stressed, and while many apartment complexes were unhelpful, Ryan, Kaylie and Alessia immediately stepped in. They treated me with the kind of care and support that can only be described as "like family," something that, unfortunately, is rare today. Since moving into The Legacy at The Standard, I’ve experienced unmatched professionalism. Too often, (and from my own experience) student housing complexes treat residents as if they are inexperienced and can be taken advantage of, but The Legacy stands out. Here, you are valued as a paying resident, and the service reflects that. I wholeheartedly recommend The Legacy to any UF student looking for a place to call home.

I am incredibly disappointed with the management at Legacy at Standard Apartments, specifically Ryan. My friend is being forced to pay double rent to transfer units due to a severe cat allergy. Despite having a doctor's note clearly stating her condition, the management has completely disregarded her medical needs. Her current roommate has a therapist note for an ESA animal, which is understandable, but it is absolutely unacceptable to ignore my friend's health condition in favor of another. This is not just unfair, it is a blatant disregard for her well-being. Ryan's handling of this situation has been nothing short of appalling. Forcing someone to pay extra because of an allergy they cannot control is not only unethical but also shows a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Thank goodness I personally don’t live here myself but what my friend is going through is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering living here to think twice, as the management clearly does not care about the health and safety of their residents.
