Greystone Luxury Apartments, gainesville-fl

I lived here for my junior and senior years at UF in the historic building and I truly cannot recommend it enough. Even though I graduated 4 years ago, to this day, it’s my favorite place I’ve ever lived in. The location, quality of appliances, safety, and overall vibe of the little courtyard is adorable. Also, major points to trimark how above and beyond they go to ensure the apartments are in pristine condition between residents. I wish I could find something similar post-grad in my city I live now.

Greystone is the perfect place for those looking for a convenient and NICE place to live by UF. I walk to my classes from here and my longest walk is about 20 minutes to Weimer Hall (next to the Stadium). That being said, it makes gamedays really convenient as you don't have to drive to the stadium or rely on a ride from someone. There is also a bus stop (the 127) right next to the complex that runs by sorority row and makes a loop to Turlington Hall and back. It comes in handy on rainy days or when it's simply too hot to walk to campus! My apartment itself is extremely nice and I was the first one to live in it. The only problems I have had is that my main bedroom light had a loose wire, but Trimark fixed it within the week I submitted a request. All the appliances are brand new and the kitchen has granite countertops. A lot of my friends are jealous that we have a huge pantry and plenty of cabinets! Overall, Greystone is a bit pricier than some options in the sorority row area, but you definitely receive what you're paying for. I honestly feel really spoiled that I was able to live here and will miss it next year! Trimark is also wonderful at answering any maintenance request you have the same day or early the next morning.

Beautiful living, close to classes, great upkeep...love it!
