Ty did an outstanding job! He was professional, kind, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire repair process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and paid attention to every detail. Not only is he highly skilled at what he does, but he’s also friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about helping residents. It’s rare to meet someone who is both technically excellent and so personable. He fixed everything efficiently and left the area clean and organized. Thank you, Ty, for your hard work and positive attitude. You’re a huge asset to the maintenance team, and I truly appreciate the excellent service. I would gladly give him my highest recommendation!

We are very happy with the excellent service we have received here. When we first moved in our apartment had some issues but we made sure to communicate with the office and the managers were very helpful. Whenever we have an issue, Cooper in the leasing office is always quick to respond and is incredibly helpful in finding a solution. Harry has also been extremely helpful whenever we submit work orders. He works hard to make sure everything is done properly and to the highest quality. You can truly tell that they both care about the residents and their experience. I always look forward to talking with them, and we really appreciate all of their help!

Harry Pfiffner is always quick to respond to a work order and completes them in a timely manner He is always very respectful and knowledgeable. Did a great job replacing the door knob to my unit. The maintenance request was completed fast and he even showed me the internal mechanism of the old knob and how it had failed.

Very disappointed with the management's response. A water pipe burst in my apartment, leaving the unit damp with large drying fans running constantly. The noise was extremely loud, the air felt humid and dusty, and it became difficult for me to breathe. The bathroom was also unusable because part of the wall had been opened for repairs. I asked if temporary housing or a hotel could be provided until the apartment was safe to live in, but I was told that because the unit still had running water and electricity, I could stay there. In my opinion, having water and electricity does not make an apartment livable when the bathroom cannot be used properly, the room is filled with drying equipment, and personal belongings are scattered everywhere after the damage. I expected more support during an emergency like this. Unfortunately, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. I hope management will improve how they assist residents in situations where their apartments are not reasonably livable.

My son just moved into this place, and so far we are very impressed! The property is nice, in a great location, and has really nice amenities. His roommates seem to be great kids as well, which is definitely a huge relief as a parent. A few of the ladies at the front office, Ciera and Lydia, were especially helpful. They made the check-in process easy, answered all of our questions, and made sure we had all the information we needed. This is my son’s second apartment in Gainesville, and I can already tell that this is going to be a much better experience than his last place. We’re very happy with our choice so far!
