I can’t say enough great things about The Crossings at Santa Fe. From day one, the entire team has made my experience nothing short of amazing. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. A huge and heartfelt thank you to Madison, Ramiro Ricaurte, and Brianna (I apologize if I spelled your name wrong!) for your professionalism, patience, and kindness throughout everything. You’ve all been incredibly helpful and have made every step of the process smooth and stress free. It really shows how much you care about the residents and the community you’re building here. I also want to give a big shoutout to the entire maintenance team they are always on point, responsive, and do an excellent job keeping everything running the way it should. It does not go unnoticed. I’ve truly loved my experience here since the very beginning. If it were up to me, everyone on this team would be getting raises and rewards across the board because that’s how much I appreciate the work you all do! Thank you again for everything. Please keep being the amazing, welcoming, and hardworking team that you are. It makes all the difference!

My son started as a resident at this place on Aug, 16th after me being at the office for nearly 2 hours to have them correct the payment issue. Once the payment issue was sorted and payment done I was given the room key. The room had below problems: Filthy Refrigerator Filthy Stove top Filthy washer dryer Filthy Kitchen sink Dirty Patio Broken TV left on the floor No microwave No WiFi ( Wifi was informed as not working for past 4 months from an existing resident who had been there for more than a year) I had put maintenance request for all of the above. The Wifi request was closed with no action. I had been calling them to let them know and it always went to their automated machine.

(UPDATE) THEY DID NOT FIX MY DRYER AT THE END OF THE WEEK!!! Dont respond to a poor review and try to make yourself look better when you cant live up to the expectations that YOU set :( very upset I am very unimpressed with the new management and new staff that they put into place. With several phone calls for various topics the amount of times I have heard "I dont know" or the phone simply isn't answered, is not the way to handle with your tenants. Between my dryer being broken long over a week if not past 2 weeks with no fix. They implemented a 2nd party to handle the utility bills, but are not able to tell us when last months utility bill will be posted. Oh and by the way when it is it might be posted with September and you have to pay 2 bills at once or it might not(They don't know) they gave old leasing info to this 2nd party which I now need corrected. According to Christy "oh I can play that game with them" of who fixes it. It is not a game and based on this new managment I think they are the only ones playing around. PLEASE for your tenants we are begging you to get it together. I wish I could say I love the switch to Caliber living, but I dont. Only you habe the opportunity to change our minds.

Just wanted to take a moment to say how appreciative I am towards Ramiro for all of his help. Since I’ve moved here, he has never hesitated to help me out whenever I am in need. Whether that be with helping me with the leasing process, restocking the printer paper, or just any other concerns. Thank you Ramiro! :)

I spoke with Ramiro Ricaurte and he was super welcoming and super kind with my whole moving out process. His customer service was top notch and I had no complaints. He made sure that I was taken care of and I would recommend him for anyone else who has issues while living there.
