Worst place I have ever lived — avoid at all costs This is hands down the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I’m going to be very clear about why. First, the insulation is absolutely horrible. During the summer, the electric bill is extremely high because the windows are not properly sealed and don’t even close all the way. In the winter, you freeze. On top of that, the window screens aren’t even the correct size. The kitchen is unbelievably small — it looks like it was once just a hallway that they decided to turn into a kitchen. I honestly don’t understand how they thought this layout was acceptable. To make it worse, there is only ONE outlet in the entire kitchen, which is completely impractical. The water pressure is another serious issue. It is so bad that you can be left standing in the shower completely covered in shampoo with not a single drop of water coming out. This happens frequently and is beyond frustrating. Maintenance is another nightmare. They show up, but they don’t actually fix anything. We spent two days with our apartment at 96°F because the AC unit was old and failing. Maintenance claimed it was fixed without even coming into the apartment to verify if it was actually working. I had to call emergency maintenance on a Sunday just to get help. Safety and noise are a huge issue. On weekends, people sit in the stairwells drinking, blasting music, and hanging around for hours. The parking lot is constantly full of random cars from non-residents, and there are people yelling and partying right outside the windows late at night when you’re trying to rest for work the next day. The office does absolutely nothing about it. No enforcement, no towing, no follow-up. They simply do not care. For the record, I have extensive documentation and evidence of all these issues (photos, videos, maintenance requests, and records) if it is ever needed. This place is unsafe, poorly maintained, and completely unprofessional. Worst place I have ever lived. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. BUILDING M POV

My daughter moved into this apartment two years ago, and it has been a great experience. The office staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is also outstanding—whenever there’s an issue, they respond right away and take care of it promptly. While the building is older, the one-bedroom apartment my daughter stays in is very comfortable. The location is a huge plus—it’s within walking distance of campus, Publix, and other nearby businesses, making it extremely convenient for students. For the price, it’s a fantastic place to live. Highly recommend!

Do not rent from this apartment complex! If you get placed in the M building you will have people show up around your apartment and blast music till 4am every weekend. The apartment admin does nothing about this and the police only show up half the time to clear out the parking lot. This will happen every Friday, Saturday and sometimes Sundays. This will happen even on holidays there is no exceptions people came on Easter weekend as well. This is not college students but people just hanging outside the smoke shop and liquor store.

The place was nasty and disgusting. Everything about the apartment was awful. It was loud from people parking in the bank and behind the liquor store partying at nights. I normally do not leave reviews but this place was terrible. Do not leave your children here.
