Campus Circle is a beautiful community to live in! When I first toured last school year, Lily gave me and my roommate an amazing tour and answered any questions we had. She is very accommodating to our needs whenever we need her as residents as well. Lily even washed my car for resident appreciation week! She's so awesome!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Campus Circle Apartments for the past 2 years, and a big part of that is because of Lily and Brandy in the office. They have been incredibly helpful from the very beginning and continue to go out of their way to make everything easy. They are so kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything, always with a positive attitude. It really makes a difference having people like them in the office. When I moved in, everything was clean and ready, which made the whole process easy and stress free. Anytime I had an issue or question, it was taken care of quickly, and the office staff were always kind about it. The pool area and gym are also great perks. Maintenance was great as well. They were respectful of our space and always made sure to announce themselves multiple times before coming in. Parking was never an issue, which made things a lot more convenient day to day. Overall, it has been a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend living here.

The office staff was exceptionally welcoming and great to work with. They really made it feel like home and movie in day was a breeze. I am so happy with my roommate match, it couldn't have worked out better. I am excited for the hours for the amenities to go back to normal so that I can enjoy them after work since I work a 9-5, otherwise no complaints and a great home overall!

I have lived here for nearly two years, and the decline in management over the past several months has been extremely disappointing. What was once a great living experience has turned into what feels like money driven management with selective enforcement and zero accountability. Serious issues including repeated late night disturbances well past 1 AM, vandalism in shared spaces like the elevator, litter throughout the property, and ongoing disruptive behavior have been reported not just by my unit but by multiple residents. Yet management consistently provides excuses and claims individuals cannot be identified from security footage, despite previously stating identification was possible using the same cameras. Instead of enforcing their own community standards, residents are told to contact S3 Security, a private security company that rarely responds. A quick look at S3’s public reviews shows many others reporting the same lack of action. Nothing changes. We have even been cautioned about filming individuals during disturbances while another staff member suggested we consider installing a Ring camera. That effectively shifts management’s responsibility onto residents who are already paying to live in a safe and well managed community. It should not be tenants’ job to provide surveillance or enforce rules that management advertises as being monitored. However, when it comes to minor technicalities, management acts immediately. I had a parking pass in my possession and was fined without warning or conversation. They simply jumped straight to issuing a charge. The timing difference was minimal, yet enforcement was instant. The contrast is impossible to ignore. Ongoing noise violations and property damage that affect residents daily are brushed off with excuses. A small administrative issue results in an immediate fine. That sends a very clear message about priorities. As a graduate student trying to finish my degree, I expect basic living standards and consistent rule enforcement. Instead, it feels like policies are enforced only when they generate revenue, not when they protect residents’ quality of life. If you are considering living here, understand that enforcement appears selective and financially motivated rather than community focused. It is unfortunate to see a property decline to this level. Take note of the other negative reviews, they aren't far from the true experience living here. And what about the jumbotron 🤔 (it's been almost 3 years 😲😲)

I’m on my second year of living at Campus Circle. I have moved within the complex itself and lived in one of their 2x2 units and am now in a 4x4. Both units have been extremely clean and well taken care of. I feel like I don’t adhere to the typical “college life” because I live in such a luxurious apartment with a resort style pool, study rooms, and a really nice gym. The employees in the office are super helpful and are so willing to attend to your specific needs. I have attended almost all the social events they have to bring the community together and give college kids a free meal! Since they are super active on social media, I can always keep track of what’s going on at Campus Circle. I always recommend this apartment complex to my younger friends who are coming to UF because the location and safety features are unbeatable.
