Ashton Lane Luxury Apartments, gainesville-fl

Lived here a year, not renewing, but it's a nice place to live. Cons: expensive rent with utilities paid separately; poor insulation so our utility bill was always very high (~$200 split between 3 people). The stairway has a really tight entrance so it's hard to bring a sofa up to the second/third floors (apartments are unfurnished). We had to buy our own router. NO PARKING!! :( Pros: Actually fantastic responses to work orders, often within ~2 hours. The staff are super helpful with any issue and really maintain a nice apartment. No bug problems, we saw like 2 palmetto bugs and some spiders but that's unavoidable. The apartments are legitimately nice, it feels like somewhere actual adults would live instead of just students. And of course, being close to campus makes for a literal 5 minute bike ride to turlington Ultimately I'm moving out because there was no good option for four bedrooms to live with the friends I wanted to, and the rent doesn't work for all of our budgets. If you don't have a car, these apartments are a pretty fair deal. Still, moving even a few blocks away can give you cheaper rent, actual parking, and a lot more choices in floorplans while still being under a 15 minute bike ride from class

Excellent apartments! Trimark has a great maintenance staff! Ashton Lane is a safe and semi-quiet place to live!

This is my second year living at Aston Lane and I love it! The apartment is beautiful, the maintenance crew is great, and the staff is so nice!

Living at Ashton Lane is the best! It is super close to campus and it is so pretty!
