Unfortunately, my experience with Kate was extremely disappointing\. From the moment I walked into the office and asked for a tour, she rolled her eyes and immediately made me feel unwelcome\. She appeared to be scrolling on TikTok when I arrived, and when I asked for a tour, her attitude made it seem like I was inconveniencing her\. She gave me a nasty look and seemed completely uninterested in showing me around\. I even asked her if she was okay because of how she was treating me, and she simply responded, “Oh, me? I’m good\.” Customer service should make potential residents feel welcomed and valued, especially when they’re considering signing a lease\. Unfortunately, Kate’s attitude left a very negative impression and would honestly make me think twice about living here\.

sooo dirty in halls trash room and elevator areas. even the study rooms are filty!!! and its loud late at night. there is a gainesville noise ordinance and silent hours from 10pm- 8 pm but those are not followed. people running in the halls at 12am. be ready to get no sleep here!!!

Sweetwater is a great building! Even when there were occasional difficulties, Albert at the leasing office was always incredibly helpful. He consistently made sure the property was well-maintained, kept the package room organized by unit number, and ensured resident requests were handled quickly and efficiently.

I had an amazing experience touring Sweetwater Apartments with Tori Ina! She was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and enthusiastic throughout the entire process. Tori made sure to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond to highlight the best features of the property. You can tell she genuinely cares about her role and ensuring people feel at home. Her positive energy made the tour so enjoyable—I couldn’t recommend working with her enough!
