I lived at Anthem House for 2 years and had a great experience. The location is perfect for UF students or Shands employees. The bus station is right across the street to take you to campus. The units and amenities are very modern and welcoming. Maintenance was relatively quick and always friendly and professional. Leasing office staff was also always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I enjoyed the frequent resident events and small gifts provided to residents (plants, food, art). My only critique was that the gym and outside bathrooms could have been better maintained/cleaned. The outside bathrooms specifically didn't seem to be cleaned or restocked in months, but it didn't seem like people used it often.

We had a wonderful experience touring Anthem Apartments, and a big reason for that was Ramon. From the very beginning of our apartment search, he was incredibly kind, patient, and responsive. He gave us a thorough tour of the property, answered all of our questions, and truly went above and beyond to help us find a unit that fit our needs. The property itself is beautiful, quiet, and exceptionally well maintained. With only two small residential buildings, the community has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that genuinely feels like home rather than a large apartment complex. The amenities are in great condition, the EV charging stations are a huge plus, and the apartments are impressively spacious compared to many other communities we toured. We also loved that furnished units may be available at no additional cost, depending on availability, which is an incredible perk. Unfortunately, we weren't able to move forward with Anthem because the commute to work (outside of the UF area) would have been too long for us. That said, if you work at UF Shands or attend the University of Florida, this is an excellent location. If the commute hadn't been a factor, Anthem would have been our top choice without hesitation. A huge shoutout to Ramon for making the entire experience so enjoyable. Even though we didn't end up leasing, his professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication left a lasting impression. He's exactly the kind of leasing agent every apartment community hopes to have.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Anthem House. The community is well-maintained, the amenities are great, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. A special thank you to Ramon Sanchez, the leasing manager, for his professionalism and willingness to help whenever needed. He made the leasing process smooth and has always been attentive to residents’ concerns. Highly recommend Anthem House to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I recently moved here, and I wanted to leave a review because I relied heavily on the reviews here when deciding where to lease. I was moving from outside the country, so I had to sign my lease without ever seeing the apartment in person. What drew me the most to anthem house is its one of the highest reviewed apartment complexes in Gainesville, and its close to Shands. From the beginning, Robert and Ramon were incredibly helpful. They answered all of my questions over the phone and made the entire leasing process smooth. When I moved in, the apartment was SUPER clean. Robert was very helpful with the move-in process and made sure everything went smoothly. I had an issue with my fob recently, and when I contacted the maintenance they were very quick in fixing it which was great. I am extremely happy with my decision, the apartment is beautiful, and well-maintained, and the staff are very nice. A huge thank you again to Robert and Ramon for making what could have been a stressful international move such a positive experience.

Both have been incredibly professional, responsive, and helpful whenever assistance has been needed. Didier consistently goes above and beyond to ensure concerns are handled quickly and thoroughly, and Ramon always brings a positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Their dedication truly makes a difference and helps create a welcoming and well-maintained community. It’s clear they genuinely care about residents and take pride in what they do.
