This apartment is so nice! I love it here and plan on resigning again. The office is very sweet and helpful too! Mya is the best leasing agent and she helped me get the best price for my apartment! She also helps me with whatever I need whenever I need it she’s the best! Everyone here actually cares about your wellbeing and your living space ❤️ The amenities are great too!

Amarilys’ hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. She makes the environment much more enjoyable by making sure it is well kept and clean! By far, one of the best levels of cleanliness I’ve seen living at apartment complexes. I once asked her for cleaning gloves and she gave them to me without hesitation. She’s kind and generous!

Caleb has been incredibly helpful. As a resident, I've had several occasions to interact with him, and each time he's been super responsive and effective. Whether it's been a maintenance issue or just needing some information, Caleb always goes above and beyond to assist. He's friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Beautiful property and even better staff! The apartments are fully furnished and very stylish, and being so close to UF makes life much easier. It’s the perfect balance of a social atmosphere and a productive environment.
