I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to our maintenance guy! He completed my work order today and did an amazing job. He always goes above and beyond, is so kind, and makes sure everything is done the right way. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. It’s hard to find people who put this much effort into what they do, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you so much for all your hard work I really appreciate everything you do!

This apartment is so nice! I love it here and plan on resigning again. The office is very sweet and helpful too! Mya is the best leasing agent and she helped me get the best price for my apartment! She also helps me with whatever I need whenever I need it she’s the best! Everyone here actually cares about your wellbeing and your living space ❤️ The amenities are great too!

Caleb has been incredibly helpful. As a resident, I've had several occasions to interact with him, and each time he's been super responsive and effective. Whether it's been a maintenance issue or just needing some information, Caleb always goes above and beyond to assist. He's friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. I really appreciate having someone like Caleb in the building. He makes living at Alsander a much better experience!"

Lived here for the past two years and I love it! Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. I, especially, love seeing Mya; she makes you feel like you’re a friend each time you visit the office!! Totally recommend!

Amarilys’ hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. She makes the environment much more enjoyable by making sure it is well kept and clean! By far, one of the best levels of cleanliness I’ve seen living at apartment complexes. I once asked her for cleaning gloves and she gave them to me without hesitation. She’s kind and generous!
