Aero on 24th was such a wonderful place to live. Amenities were nice and the team was great to work with. Any issues were resolved fairly quickly and the utilities were new and modern. The stairs and outside were sometimes a little dirty but with a lot of college students that’s to be expected. Parking was expensive, but cheaper compared to apartments closer to campus and you had an assigned spot. I would recommend living here!

I am writing this review to document a serious billing and management failure. I signed a lease with Aero as a delegate for one semester, which fully satisfied my housing needs at the time. During my occupancy, I did not experience any major issues with the unit itself. However, following my move-out, Aero failed to properly close my account and remove my payment information from their system. As a result, I was incorrectly charged for two additional months of rent even though another individual had already taken over my room and was residing there. These charges occurred solely because my card information remained active after move-out—an error that reflects a lack of basic financial and administrative controls. I promptly notified the leasing office and was assured the issue would be addressed and that the new tenant would be contacted. Despite months of persistent follow-ups via phone and email, no resolution was provided. Instead, I was eventually told that the matter was “out of their hands” and that recovering my money was my responsibility, requiring me to personally contact the individual who took over my lease. This response is entirely unacceptable and demonstrates a complete abdication of management responsibility. As a result of this administrative failure, I lost hundreds of dollars in improper charges, none of which have been reimbursed to date. While the physical apartment was adequate, Aero’s post–move-out handling, billing practices, and lack of accountability are deeply concerning. I strongly advise against signing a lease here. DO NOT SIGN HERE!

My son lived at Aero on 24th, and it was one of the worst living experiences. From day one, the apartment was dirty when he moved in, and yet when moving out they charged him over $230 in cleaning fees.I even sent management video proof showing the room was clean and empty, and they completely ignored it. On top of that, they added outrageous utility charges months later, claiming they were for a “different billing cycle,” even though all bills had been paid on time and his account balance was zero. I went back and forth with management via email disputing these unfair charges, but in the end I had no choice but to pay or risk being sent to collections. This property is a money trap. They nickel-and-dime residents with hidden fees and random “damage” charges with no explanation. Parking is another scam — $80 a month, separate from rent — and there still aren’t enough spaces for residents or guests. To make things worse, when we signed the lease, Wi-Fi was included. A couple months later, management canceled it but kept charging the same rent. The buildings themselves are cheaply made. The walls are so thin you can hear your roommates’ conversations — even breathing. There’s no privacy. The breezeways and hallways are constantly dirty and full of trash, making the whole place feel neglected. Management is incompetent and unprofessional. The staff is mostly young, inexperienced, and misinformed. Every time you ask a question, you get a different answer. There is no leadership, no consistency, and absolutely no concern for residents. Aero on 24th is not worth the stress, frustration, or money. Please don’t move here — you will regret it. This property is a scam, and the only thing they care about is squeezing as much money as possible out of students and their families.

Don't do it... nothing here works, not the elevators, not the lounge chairs that broke while I was just sitting studying and sprained my ankle. I had to go up and down four flights of stairs with a sprained ankle for weeks. They offered to move me to the 1st floor (literally two weeks into living here), but how could I.... my ankle was sprained and I was already situated. Anything but fix the elevator, which admin has no idea when that will be. Everything here is cheap and wayyyy overcharged (wdym parking is $85 a month??). Living here has just interfered negatively with my everyday life. Visitor parking is practically non-existent and you need a decal, which you can't get after the office closes, if they even have spaces available (which has been never for me). The package room has 0 security because the system has been down forever. I saw some packages ripped open like someone tried to steal them multiple times. My front apartment neighbors have also complained about the ant infestation both of our apartments have had, as well as various other different problems. Maybe you'll get lucky and have a good experience, but living here has been the biggest pain in the derriere, and I'm saying this as someone who came from a rllyyyy old apartment building hoping to live a bit nicer my senior year. Horrible.

I've been living at Aero on 24th for the 2025-26 term, and unfortunately, it's been one of the most stressful housing experiences I've ever had. I've reported multiple serious issues to the management team over the past few months -- including persistent loud noises from the walls during the night, which I even recorded over 10 times. The maintenance team acknowledged the problem but said there was nothing they could do unless it was caused by humans, even though it was clearly coming from the pipes. On top of that, cockroaches continue to appear in my apartment despite multiple pest control visits. I've paid twice for outside pest control services and requested help from Aero's team three times. They came, but the issue never went away. My apartment is kept clean at all times, yet pests keep coming back -- possibly from the drains or walls. Recently, my heater started leaking water, and maintenance only came to suck out the water without actually fixing the root cause. This leak made the pest problem even worse. To make things worse, my bike was stolen on the property, adding to the frustration and sense of insecurity.
