Aero on 24th, gainesville-fl

I’ve had a really positive experience at Aero on 24th. Maintenance is always very prompt, and Camacho has been especially respectful, kind, and helpful. I had a conversation with him today and really appreciated how friendly and genuine he was. I’ve also had great experiences with Elizabeth, the manager, and Sarah in the leasing office. Everyone has always been helpful, professional, and pleasant to work with!

I had such high hopes for this apartment, however it ended up being a major disappointment. I lived there for 2 years and have mixed reviews. The apartment itself was nice, however I was also in a top floor corner unit which definitely helped my experience. Everyone was loud, even at night, blasting music from their balcony and throwing balls around to the point it hit cars. Aero just doesn't know how to take responsibility. The team working there did a poor job of addressing concerns such as my car getting hit TWICE by the person who parked next to me and yet they did nothing. Or my roommate having her window shot with a BB gun, us knowing who did it, and them still failing to do anything and took weeks to replace her shattered window. Honestly forget about having people over. They say you can get a parking pass or reserve a spot, but with only 8 visitor parking spots it's impossible. They will tow or boot your car even if it's registered to be there, but as soon as someone's parked in your designated paid for spot, they don't care. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience with the fitness center never having working equipment, the package room being closed leaving packages just out on the ground, and Aero losing my packages and blaming us.

I lived there previously and liked the apartment itself but ran into several problems during the time. This review is my opinion in combination with other friends at the complex. One of my main problems was that there is a serious ant problem throughout the entire complex’s outdoor area, which is not ideal if you have a pet. I often had to walk my dog at the complex next door because of this and when confronting the front desk, they told me that the ants are only around when it’s hot outside and will go away when it’s cold instead of offering to spray or resolve the issue (we’re in Florida so this didn’t make sense to me). My friend in another building also has had a bug problem inside her apartment since moving in a year ago, which the front office hasn’t taken steps to resolve. Another concern that I had is that the maintenance team entered my apartment several times without notification, documentation in my portal, or any proof of reason. The only reason I noticed this is because I have a pet camera inside and sometimes things would be moved around when I got home. One time they actually broke something in my apartment that was valuable and from another country. The front office did call me about this one and paid to replace it luckily. Alongside this, the elevators break very frequently and for long periods of time. My friend in another building had her elevator broken for almost a month, during move in time, and wasn’t reimbursed in any way. This is minor but they advertise the bus stops being very close when they’re actually not that convenient: the closest bus stop is a ~10 minute walk away and doesn’t serve all areas of campus. I’d recommend looking at another complex if you’re a UF student planning to take the bus fairly often. The parking situation is unfortunate and there’s a lottery basically for who gets to park on site and for who has to walk 10 minutes to the back of On20 to their car. There’s also a chance you don’t even get a parking spot at all, which happened to my friend for this year, and you’d have to try to scatter to find a spot somewhere else or risk parking in the shopping plaza nearby. I know there’s not much they can do about this now because of space but it’s good to keep in mind when looking at apartments. Overall, the appliances were nice and the apartment complex is pretty quiet. The study rooms were really nice and clean which was a plus. The main entertainment area was a little hard to study in because the building constantly played music there so when the study rooms are full it’s hard to find a quiet spot. The pool and gym were also nice overall. The front office was friendly but a little difficult to get a hold of with the AI answering machine because you’d often go straight to voicemail after talking to the AI bot. I ended up just asking them questions in person towards the end to my lease. At the time that I lived here, the price made these concerns worth it but they have increased significantly in the past year: I probably would’ve given Aero a 3 star review with the old prices. Hopefully this review will help those looking to sign at an apartment complex!

I have absolutely loved living at Aero on 24th. The front desk staff has been so amazing and great with answering all of my questions. They are super friendly and willing to help. On top of that, the amenities are amazing and my apartment is so cute! I would definitely recommend this spot.

Extremely disappointed with the management of this property. The yoga room, an amenity we pay for as residents has been turned into a furniture storage space, making it completely unusable. When I raised this with Elizabeth, the assistant manager, I got no clear timeline or accountability for when it would be resolved. It's frustrating to lose access to an amenity indefinitely with no communication or urgency from management. If you're considering living here, know that advertised amenities may not actually be available to you!
