Lived here a couple months now, honestly amazing. Current apartment prices make this affordable, my experience so far has been quiet and clean. Maintenance is wonderful Donny has came multiple times to help a couple issues same day request was put in! He’s fast efficient and kind! I definitely recommend these places.

I have been working with this property for a few months now and my experience has been great! Donny (maintenance supervisor) has always been very professional, very courteous, and has always clearly expressed what he needs and his expectations for the property. They have really poured their hearts into this property since I have worked with them and Donny, Irving (property manager), and the whole team are doing great things here!

So I visited this property just driving by and Tamara was gracious enough to take me in a tour. Tamara was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions even before I began to ask. This was by far one of the most memorable exercises I’ve had visiting a property. Tamara shows she will definitely take care of you and is willing and able to help you with all of your needs and concern. Way to go!

I want to take time out of my day to thank the owner of Villas At Alameda for providing the tenants here including my husband and I with one of the best teams he could have ever put together to provide services for this community...The new manager Irvin is such a pleasant soul,he is extremely helpful and understanding when it comes to residents needs.... Tarissa who helps new tenants with applications,showing apartments and overall deals with all the tenants living here at Villas At Alameda does such an amazing job and she does it with a smile every time. I want her to know that she truly is appreciated. Donnie the Maintenance Manager is absolutely wonderful,he is always on top of everything that needs to be fixed in our apartments....Here's an example....My heating and air conditioning system was completely shot, he contracted a company by the name of AAA & Son Remodeling to put in a whole new system after he tried fixing it himself. Donnie is truly an angel....Just want you to know that you too are appreciated. Ronnie Fuentes from AAA & Son Remodeling got my heating and air conditioning running in no time. Just want to let each and every single one of you know that you are all amazing and you all bring value to the company you work for and to the residents here at Villas At Alameda ❤️ 🙏 Sincerely Danna Gonzalez...P.S. Do yourself a favor and do NOT move here. This was easily the worst living experience I’ve ever had. From day one to move-out, it was constant problems, zero accountability, and maintenance that never actually fixed anything — just temporary patches. When we moved in, one of the stove burners got dangerously hot no matter what setting it was on — clearly an electrical issue. It was never properly fixed. The AC unit leaked so badly that water ran onto the floor. We were told it was “because we didn’t have a drip pan,” which was a flat-out excuse. The water was filling the entire drip pan for the water heater below it and overflowing. Instead of addressing the real problem, they just brushed it off. The shower water NEVER got hot. We reported it multiple times. Nothing was done. I dealt with a full year of lukewarm showers because maintenance simply didn’t care enough to fix it. The water was also shut off constantly — at least twice a week at times — with little to no warning. Most of the time, we would receive an email or text AFTER the water had already been turned off, or no notice at all. It’s unacceptable to repeatedly cut off residents’ water with zero communication. The insulation in this unit is a joke. My electric bill was never under $300. I called the office several times during the summer and was repeatedly told we were “just low on Freon.” That excuse might work if the AC was actually capable of cooling the apartment — it wasn’t. There were multiple days when, with the AC running nonstop, the temperature inside hit 85 degrees. That is not livable. No one should be paying rent to sweat inside their own apartment. Move-in day should have been exciting. Instead, we were met with rude, dismissive customer service. The woman handling our intake acted like we were inconveniencing her. Shortly after, management failed to inform security that our unit was occupied, and a security guard walked into our apartment in the middle of the night while we were asleep. Completely unacceptable and honestly dangerous. There was also a roach infestation that was never fully resolved. We provided our renters insurance information at move-in like we were supposed to. Management failed to enter it into the system, and I was charged for their renters insurance for 3–4 months before I caught it. I forwarded the original email proving we submitted it and was told I’d be credited for the months we double paid. That credit never came. My car was broken into THREE times in one year. Management did absolutely nothing. Not even a courtesy email to warn other residents. The leasing office is constantly trying to do little “community events,” games, and hand out free food as if that somehow makes up for the conditions residents are dealing with. If they actually cared about the community, they would focus on improving the living conditions instead of playing games and trying to distract people with snacks. When we went to turn in our keys during normal business hours, no one was in the office. The ridiculous “Hunter AI” phone system is useless — half the time it doesn’t connect you to a real person, and it just hangs up so you can’t even leave a message. This place is poorly managed, poorly maintained, and completely unprofessional. I genuinely feel bad for anyone stuck living here. Save your money, save your sanity, and live somewhere else.
