Riverside Villas, fort-worth-tx

Had lived there for 5 years. Most the everything was great until the last year. I stared getting new tenants in my unit (roaches) they would be gone for a month then come back. Learned that no matter how clean i kept my places they would travel through the walls from other units. I was going to stay an additional term but was mislead by verbal agreements after already questioning them and being reassured it wont change to just in the end being embarrassed and put into a hard situation that did not have to happen. Would not recommend based off of that terrible experience. It is in a nice location but you will have all the kids from the surrounding complexes at the pool enjoying your amenity.

Recently we arrived to live here, and we are si happy for oír election. The people im leasing office are so friendly and profesional. Plus they always have has suport inmediatly and they are so friendly with our puppy. The apartments are nice, confortable and great location as well. At nights is very light and quiet. Definitely recomendable!

Now that I moved out. The pros: the lady at the office is cool she handles everything well. The apt is nicely sized and the ac is good. Chandler was great person! The cons: Make sure you ask about your deposit. Because I was paying that monthly and they tell me I can’t use it in the end. So make sure you ask questions because at the end they charge u for everything when u move out so be careful. We cleaned as much as we could but it still wasn’t as clean . They charged for lint removal for a washer it was 70 dollars . Anything that needs to be cleaned is gonna be charged even if u clean it yourself. So I suggest hiring someone to detail clean it. The fire alarm goes off every time you cook. U can hear your neighbors . The community is ok. There’s this lady always yelling at nighti think she played music was jamming lol. But other than that it’s ok. Edit: they got back to me with the photos that they charged 600 dollars on. Becareful yall it is not worth 600 dollars. It’s so crazy. I liked the layout. I stayed a year.

This is BY FAR the weirdest place I've ever lived. I moved in on 06/23 and Riverside Villas is living up to its name. Water is EVERYWHERE all the time and there's "nothing" they can do about it? Really?!?!? How about starting with capping some of these sprinkler heads! INSANITY! (Oh, the first picture is a sprinkler head shooting AT LEAST 8 feet in the air. Looked like Old Faithful!!) Also, there's nowhere to park that's close to my apartment so I had to pay another $80 for covered parking, which is way too expensive.

Decent to live. But little sense of security. Someone hit my car overnight in the parking lot premises, and the leasing desk said nothing they can do about it. Wi-Fi works sometimes
