This is one of the worst places for college students. I lived there since last year, and it terrible. Living with roommates who can't clean after themselves or don't care about attracting bugs with food stains they leave around. The air conditioner always keep getting busted, especially hot days. I wish I never moved here in the first place. If college students who wants to move at a more decent place, choose either The Reef or at a college dorm

I recently toured Eagle Walk as a potential resident, and I walked away genuinely impressed. From the moment I arrived, the community felt welcoming and well cared for. The leasing staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without making the process feel rushed or salesy. They walked me through multiple floor plan options and explained the leasing process clearly, which made everything feel easy and stress free. The amenities really stood out to me. The grounds were clean and nicely landscaped, and the amenities looked exactly like what you would want in a comfortable place to live. Overall, Eagle Walk left a great first impression, and it is definitely at the top of my list for places I am considering calling home!

Stay away from this place. I've lived here since November and have paid my rent and utilities on time every single month. Everything seemed fine at first, but starting in March, random charges began appearing on my account with little to no explanation. Suddenly I'm being billed $50 "administrative fees," $20 "lease violation" fees, and other charges that have never been justified. My rent should be around $815, yet somehow my monthly balance has jumped to nearly $1,000. When I try to get answers or dispute these charges, management either ignores me or is impossible to reach. There is no transparency and no accountability. The worst part is that they require you to pay the full balance.including disputed charges.before the 3rd of the month. If you don't, they immediately add another $150 fee. It feels like tenants are forced to pay questionable charges just to avoid being hit with even more penalties.I've carefully reviewed my lease and cannot find anything that justifies these recurring fees. At this point, I am considering legal action because I am tired of being charged for things I did not agree to and cannot get explained. This has easily been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I've had. If you're considering moving here, read your lease carefully and be prepared for unexpected charges and unresponsive management.

On first day, I was given a booklet "Move-In Guide" which made the entire process of setting everything up simple. Moreover, a printed sheet with one time and monthly charges was given to avoid any hidden fees. Gym is adequate and nice, the surrounding area seems safe and well maintained. I've also noted a security car drive around at night.

I would give it 5 star, however the pool area closes very early, I dont get to fully enjoy it. As I'm a very busy person during the day.
