This complex advertises student housing but allows anyone to move in. As a college student, I had a roommate who was 30 years old or close to it who was completely inconsiderate of the fact she lives with other people. Management did nothing to resolve issues that were brought to their attention, such as having her older boyfriend move in with her in an apartment with two younger girls. I would not recommend moving into this complex unless you have specific people you will roommate match with.

This is one of the worst places for college students. I lived there since last year, and it terrible. Living with roommates who can't clean after themselves or don't care about attracting bugs with food stains they leave around. The air conditioner always keep getting busted, especially hot days. I wish I never moved here in the first place. If college students who wants to move at a more decent place, choose either The Reef or at a college dorm

I’ve lived here through both the old (Coastal Village) and new management (Eagle Walk), and overall it’s been a good place to live. The property is generally quiet, the location is convenient, new improvements have been made, and management has improved over time. I’ve stayed here for a reason. That said, there are a few downsides worth mentioning. The shower water never seems to get quite hot enough, and the water pressure is pretty average at best. The biggest frustration has honestly been the internet reliability. It goes out more often than it should, and unfortunately it always seems to happen at the worst possible times. At one point it was out for almost five days, and I literally had to go to Starbucks to take an exam while studying in nursing school. Another thing to keep in mind: there’s no elevator. If you’re on an upper floor, moving in and out is rough, especially carrying furniture or groceries up multiple flights. I’m in Room D on the third floor, and it also tends to stay noticeably hotter than the rest of the apartment no matter how low the AC is set. Overall, though, it’s still been a decent place to live, especially considering the improvements under the newer management. Just know there are a few comfort and convenience issues depending on your unit.

Genuinely the worst experience ever. I cannot name one good thing about this apartment complex and management. My first apartment here had black mold, after constant back and fourth with management and myself and roommates getting sick due to it. They moved us to another building. Still don't know if they've done anything to fix that issue within our first building, and with as lazy as they are they will probably ignore it and move another 4 people inside. All the buildings were trashed on the outside, literal trash and grime on the floors and walls. Landlord special paint jobs on the inside, they even go as far as painting over old hairs from previous tenants in the bath tubs. None of the appliances work as they should, horrible maintenance, another highlight is our AC unit borderline catching fire. Constant extra charges that were never explained to us, and rule bending so they could charge us for ridiculous things. Best advice would be to stay away, I know the cost is attractive compared to other apartment complexes in the area, but it always ends up being more than they advertise. If I could go back and spend the extra buck to be in a more nice, comfortable, and safe area, I would and I would never step foot near this establishment.

Genuinely the worst place to live in Estero. Don’t bother answering the roomate questionnaire because they’re going to put you with the most random people ever. Maintenance is slow and if you move out early you have to pay the utility bills still despite them telling me for weeks that I wouldn’t be charged AND that they were gonna take care of it, so they waited until I got charged a full month later to tell me. Leasing office can also be very passive aggressive at times and usually is no help. Don’t bother asking them to call you back cause they won’t. The “modern” apartments you pay extra for are no better than the cheaper ones… most of them suck either way. It’s a mess.
