there is so much trash and bio hazards around the property the washer and water heater where left outdoors like that for well over a few months left by maintenance there is lots of trash and what look like biohazards and feces in shared walkways and sidewalks and when you report these to the office they say and i quote well its not our job to clean this up. They only clean up the property during move in even though they state otherwise they are lying

Living here has been awesome, the location is great the views are great, the hot tub is amazing, service/maintenance is actually really good and timely. The free coffee and gym is also super lovely. This is a great place to live while finishing up school at NAU it’s such a nice place to live.

The office/maintenance team is one of a kind. I regularly deal with Brian and Audrey and the culture they have as a team is always a pleasure to be around. Brian is always on top of his work taking care of residents and the property. They are quick and professional. And always willing to help! I really couldn’t ask for a better office team work with. Thank you both for making my day!

I have lived here for 2 years and will be staying another year, my experience has been very good with the new management. The maintenance and facilities team are very helpful and get things fixed quickly! Brian and Caleb from the maintenance team are very helpful and are always around for anything I've needed.

If you want to pay for utilities and amenities you never get to use then go here. Paid for a hot tub and never once got to use it in the year I was there because they never repaired it. Gym equipment was broken and never fixed. Everything is outdated and broken. They’ll try and charge you a hefty cleaning and repair fee for things broken and destroyed way before you were there. My air filter hadn’t been replaced in over two years and it made me incredibly sick. There’s miscommunication from the office and if you call to ask about it they will send you in circles until you just give up. It’s close to campus and the units have a nice back porch, so at least there’s that. Maintenance was bad up until the end. If you want something done you have to pester about it. They will close out your repair orders without seeing you. They left nails and screws on the road when doing repairs that punctured my tires. They’re in and out of different management and constantly seem to be having difficulties.
