Pine View Village Apartments, flagstaff-az

Living here has truly been such a positive experience, and a big reason for that is the amazing staff. The property manager Sal genuinely cares about the residents and always handles things with professionalism, kindness, and understanding. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel heard and valued, but they absolutely do. Chris and The maintenance team also deserves so much appreciation. They are always quick to respond, respectful, hardworking, and take pride in what they do. No matter how small the issue is, they handle it efficiently and with a positive attitude. It’s comforting to live in a place where the people running the property actually care about creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained community. Their dedication does not go unnoticed, and I’m truly grateful for everything they do.

Living in Pine View Village has been great for my budget! Rent is low, and utilities are included, so there are no surprises. The complex is super clean, I've always got hot water, and there are nice walking paths around. Management really cares about the residents. There's no need to worry about laundry, thanks to two separate laundromats which are kept clean, and the washers and dryers work great. Plus, it's super convenient to have Safeway, gas stations, and popular takeout drive-throughs just around the corner!

Im tired of these people thinking they can screw people out of money. If someone has their own insurance than you can't force people to pay another policy to the hotel. Thats literally stealing money to pay the apartments policy amount. Unfair. Terrible practices. And she literally had no knowledge. She acted like that fee was doing me a favor. Its not. That is uncalled for. But I get it over charge someone but expect them to be happy about it. Terrible service I would never rent somewhere that than nickel and dimes you with all these stupid fees. Id rather stay in a hotel and pay them. Atkeast their fees are upfront and staff knowledgeable of what and why they charge fees. This place is a joke. Than they advertise 1 p4ice but tell you the amount goes up everyday. How stupid do you think I am. You raise rates everyday. How stupid. Than take your ads down from Craigslist so it dorsnt show your price if your going to raise it. Again screwing people out of money. Terrible service

We’ve had the pleasure of partnering with Pine View Village for about a year now, and they have truly been wonderful. Their property manager, office team, and maintenance team are all amazing, friendly, and professional. Their communication is always great, and they make everything easy and enjoyable from a vendor standpoint. You can tell they genuinely care about the property and the people who live there. We really appreciate the relationship we’ve built with their team and are grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such a great community!

I've lived at Pine View for a few months now, & largely I really enjoy it! The staff is friendly & has helped me resolve issues that have arrised. The walls are a little thin, but luckily I'm in a location that is not to noisy. One of the main reasons why I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the constant check ins. Corporate came & said they had to inspect the apartments, then someone knocked on my door on a weekend evening asking me to rate things about the apartment, & then I just got notice of another yearly inspection. The complex typically only gives 2-3 days notice of these things when I feel they should be giving at least a 7 day notice. I've had to reschedule important appointments to work around them... They threaten to charge you $50 for rescheduling, which I think is unprofessional. I already pay a fortune for my little studio apartment... What I pay here would get me a bigger luxury apartment in other states. I just feel like some of the practices here have been intrusive & disrupt my privacy. I should feel at home here & not like I'm being monitored & just another paycheck for corporate. Arizona has many housing issues compared to other states. With that being said, the location is great. Most of the people are respectful & they have an efficient maintenance staff too. I am grateful, but I also think some things could be improved.
