Park Place Flagstaff, flagstaff-az

I lived at park place for 6 months because I did a relet. I was very impressed with the updated amenities and appliances, especially the on site gym, hot tubs, which are a rarity in flagstaff, in unit laundry, and the fact that it comes furnished. I also want to note that I am not a college student, but am a young full-time working adult. This complex mainly caters to NAU students given the location of it to campus. During my 6 months there I had to deal with several noise issues from units above and around me. It took a few complaints to the front office for the issues to go away. One of the most bothersome events that happens several times a week is hearing the garbage truck between 4:30 and 5am. The garbage truck goes completely around the building stopping at 2 different dumpsters so it disturbs the whole complex. I found this very annoying since I work nights and early mornings. The entire complex also has fingerprint access for the entry's and exits which I loved as a security factor but it became a hassle and annoying when I had guests come over. There is a parking garage with a heavy gate for extra security which was great, just no assigned parking spots and minimal guest parking. These factors are why I chose to not renew my lease. This complex is probably ideal for a college student who doesn't mind noise issues throughout the week, whether its from the garbage trucks or loud college students in the halls and their apartments.

Alexis has been such a great help! anytime i have any questions or concerns she always greets me with a smile and amazing attitude and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to renewing my lease and figuring out my parking situation! i’d absolutely recommend park place to anyone looking for an apartment in the area, overall 10/10 experience :)

The complex is beautiful and in a great location. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lexi about Park Place and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, and answered every question I had. Lexi was very kind and welcoming which made looking at these apartments a great experience.

I really enjoyed my experience at Park Place! I appreciated Ryan and his timeliness, efficiency and care for all maintence tasks related to my ability to enjoy the space in my apartment. I will be recommending Park Place to friends!

I’ve been living at Park Place for about a year and a half and have had a really positive experience. The study rooms are great and super helpful when I need a quiet space, and all of the community areas are always really well kept and clean. Anytime I’ve needed to submit a maintenance request, the team has been quick to respond and take care of things efficiently, which I really appreciate. I also want to give a shoutout to Skky and Izee, they’ve both been incredibly helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed anything. They’re friendly, responsive, and really make the experience here even better. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it!
