Living at The Vue on Stadium Drive was honestly horrible. I wish someone would have warned me before signing here. Communication from management was consistently poor. Aside from having 3 different managers in the last 2 years, when it came to important issues involving billing, move-out procedures, and account charges. Getting straightforward answers often felt impossible, and there was very little accountability when concerns were raised. The only good thing about this complex were the girls who worked in the front office, they knew us by name and we became friends with some and they were always very kind. The property itself was also not maintained to the standard you would expect for the amount tenants are paying. Cleanliness around the complex and overall upkeep were recurring disappointments. Management seemed much more focused on charging tenants additional fees than actually maintaining a quality living environment. For example, the elevator in our building was broken for over 1 month, and then again 3 weeks later for 3 more weeks, with no sense of urgency to be fixed. The move-out process was where everything really fell apart. I moved out on May 8 and had already paid a $450 termination fee, yet weeks later multiple unexplained “damage” and “cleaning” charges suddenly appeared on my ledger. No photos, invoices, inspection report, or itemized documentation were provided to justify the charges. There were several separate damage fees added with no explanation whatsoever. On top of that, I was charged over $421 in electric usage, which makes absolutely no sense based on my normal usage history. Again, there was no transparency about how this amount was calculated or any supporting documentation provided. If you choose to live here, document absolutely everything — take move-in and move-out videos, save every email, and demand written documentation for every charge. I genuinely regret not being more cautious from the beginning.

Awful scummy management team and building to live in. When arriving there was carpet shredding all over my bed and bathroom floor. The apartment had damage on the paint of the walls and the closet. I noticed missing door handles all around the building as well. The building upon move-out charged me for damages that were already present upon move in. They not only did this to me but to many others as you can see from past reviews as well. When I disputed these charges I was told that they didn’t handle disputes over the phone and that I needed to email them. When I emailed their team with managers Kolby and Lucas, my message was ignored. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Sleaze ball company- they are predatory against literal college students in charging nonexistent damage even with clear photo evidence to counter their claims and actively dodging phone calls/emails when you raise the issue. But they’re suddenly really proactive when it comes to trying to send you to COLLECTIONS over it. Kolby and Lucas shouldn’t be managing anything more important than screwing in a light bulb. The entire staff should be sent to PRlSON!

Genuinely horrific. Scummy, predatory, their mail system is awful, their building is falling apart, their appliances break, and their management avoids all confrontation. Sends people directly to collections without any acknowledgment of disputes.

I have been waiting to write this review since I first moved in. Due to rush A roommate of mine had to move in on the first so we moved into the apartment as in. So 24 hours after the last residents moved out. It was fairly clean but whatever. When I saw my room the paint was splotchy and uneven with 3/4 walls being different colors. I asked maintenance about it and they said that because I moved as is I just had to deal with it. Whatever. I painted my whole room only to find out the toilet didn’t work. Called maintenance. Came 6 hours after I put in the request. Everything was fine until December when we had room inspections and they found a leak in my closet which was noted in August and half fixed. They said during the break they would have someone come and fix it. Great! No. I come back after a month break to find my room completely trashed. Clothes of mine that were hanging littered all over my room, dry wall covering every inch of surface it could find, my expensive heels covered in dry wall dust, and my shower filled to the brim with trash, no closet, and the job not even finished. I call maintenance… Nothing… I go down to the office to complain and they were able to help me but it took them TWO WEEKS TO FIX MY CLOSET. In the meantime I was arguing with management about the state of my room especially because clothes were ruined and I have extreme asthma and could not stay in that room. They then tried to tell me that they emailed me telling me to remove everything in my closet and cover it so they could work. I asked for them to forward the email to me again and oops! All of a sudden “Oh I guess I never pressed sent” So after 3 weeks they finally offered to hire a cleaning company to clean my room. This was after I had to clean it myself because classes started a week ago. Anyway it was fine until move out when I got charged almost $300 for move out fees for things that were there when I got there and I documented. I ended up just paying the damn fee because I want nothing to do with this apartment complex ever ever again. NEVER RENT HERE.
