I love my stay here .The rooms are clean , suspicious and with great ventilation. Few things that I specifically loved are : 1-The apartments are in school proximity. 2- Rent is affordable and comparatively 3- Punctual and interactive staff. Specifically Sal the driver who's punctual and always on time. Sutton in the office always there to help solve issues. In short, affordable, friendly staff and clean apartments.

Worst Place Ever?! YES, here's why. Where do I start? This place is a mess. Everything is filthy and gross. First day of move in I waited for 2 hours being told my place was being cleaned before I was allowed to enter. By the time I enter the apartment the entire place was obviously never cleaned. How's the management? HORRIBLE! How do I even begin. Management gives dates, times, and details of when things will be completed then never follows through. Dozens of residents have been waiting on MAJOR fixes for months that have and will probably NEVER be dealt with. Management will lie and say items are on "backorder" then say they will no longer fix the issue after being asked again. Apartment conditions? HORRENDOUS. Upgraded apartments? Yeah right haha. The appliances haven’t been updated since this the place was built and don’t even hope for a new fresh coat of paint like they say. Carpet covered with pee stains, scratch marks all over the walls and doors, floor tiles peeling up, and furniture falling apart. Ammenties/Parking? Terrible. Grills are all rusted and broken. Constant issues with the bus not working, Sal the driver is the best and only good thing about this place. The pool is always closed for construction projects. Parking is impossible. Not enough parking for everyone. Safety/condition of Apartment? Again Terrible. This place is not well maintained. The stairs across the entire complex are falling apart and have caused a major safety concern. Sidewalks/ parking lots cracked with potholes. Dozen or so apartments have flooded without being properly dealt with. Mold is a major and probable concern to be wary of. Would I live here? NO

Currently just got my apartment for this upcoming school year and Niyah was amazing. Before speaking to Niyah I was messaging back and forth with her regarding several questions I had. Niyah truly made this experience as seamless and as effective as possible. Truly cannot thank her enough!

Fantastic Experience at The Landing at Fayetteville! "I'm so glad I chose The Landing at Fayetteville as my home! The office staff, especially Bob, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is prompt and efficient, and the team is always willing to help. A special shoutout to Sal, the shuttle driver - he's the best! I love my apartment, it's perfect for me, and I've even made a great roommate connection. The community is quiet and comfortable, with plenty of amenities to enjoy. Highly recommend!"

this is a great Appament Complex, many students are here and use it as University Housing. Maintenance is fast and friendly, the Shuttle to class is a great convenience.
