The Cottages always knows how to have a good time. Lexi, Cameron, Jonas, and Matthew are always ready to help and assist in anyway possible. So excited to live here next semester, not just because of its incredible location, but the awesome staff.

The cottages leasing office is the hands down best service I’ve ever had. Everyone is so nice caring and genuinely take the time to get to know you even when grabbing a package.

Students and parents BEWARE. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! They are managed by Landmark Properties, which is horrible at best and criminal at worst. They are charging my daughter and her roommates $1880 to paint after they moved out. Not because of any damages, but because they were unable to schedule a time to paint a year ago while they were renovating. The apartment never told them there would be a $1880 fee for not being able to accommodate their schedule. LANDMARK PROPERTIES should be avoided at all costs! Rent at your own risk. UPDATE: THEIR CANNED RESPONSE IS BS. I HAVE SPENT DAYS TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS TO NO AVAIL. THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS. EMMA SISCO and KYLE CLINE will dodge your calls if they answer at all.

I’ve been living here for less than a year, and as soon as I had the chance, I renewed my lease! This community itself is so fun and the staff is always incredibly helpful. But what sold me were the amazing amenities—everything from the fitness center to the pool. I’ve loved living here, and I’m excited to stay another year!

I only lived at the Cottages for one year because I ended up graduating early, but it was definitely the best complex I lived in while in Fayetteville. Up-to-date units and amenities, easy maintenance and subleasing, fun (exclusive) events, and best of all an incredible staff. They host random events every month, from free food to free student and pet photoshoots, and make sure to send out reminders. Recently, the staff reached out to me individually because there was a cat walking around that looked similar to mine and they wanted to make sure he was not lost. I don't know many other places that care about their residents that much.
