The Cottages on Hollywood, fayetteville-ar

This is my third year living at The Cottages, and I’ve had a great experience here. The management team is always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever anything comes up. They genuinely care about their residents and work hard to make this a great place to live. The amenities are by far some of the best in Fayetteville, and the property is always well-maintained. I’ve made so many great memories here over the years. Overall, The Cottages on Hollywood has been an amazing place to call home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for housing in Fayetteville! ❤️

The Cottages always knows how to have a good time. Lexi, Cameron, Jonas, and Matthew are always ready to help and assist in anyway possible. So excited to live here next semester, not just because of its incredible location, but the awesome staff.

The Cottages are awesome!! I love the amenities and the staff are really nice. Maintenance is also always quick and helpful.

The cottages leasing office is the hands down best service I’ve ever had. Everyone is so nice caring and genuinely take the time to get to know you even when grabbing a package.

I’ve been living here for less than a year, and as soon as I had the chance, I renewed my lease! This community itself is so fun and the staff is always incredibly helpful. But what sold me were the amazing amenities—everything from the fitness center to the pool. I’ve loved living here, and I’m excited to stay another year!
