The Cardinal at West Center, fayetteville-ar

This first year of college was absolutely amazing, since the apartment is centrally located. According to my habits, the gym is in the first floor of this building, Walmart Neighborhood is to the right, and all my classes are right across the street. It's a super welcoming place, it has everything a student could need, the maintenance staff is very nice, and everything is beautifully furnished. You won't lack a single thing.

I am a freshman at the University of Arkansas. I live in the Cardinal and I have absolutely loved it. the maintenance staff is always very helpful and quick to respond with any issues that may occur. Our front desk workers were very helpful at the beginning of the semester when everything was new and challenging. Overall I love Cardinal and recommend it to everyone.

I am a sophomore at the University of Arkansas and I’ve lived in the Cardinal this year! I have had a great experience living here, maintenance is very fast at fixing issues and the front desk employees are always helpful! I believe this is one of the best places on campus to live because you get your own room and bathroom so most regular roommate problems don’t really happen!

During my stay at the cardinal everyone here was very helpful! There was a time that water was coming from the apartments above us and the maintenance people would come about everyday to help resolve the problem! If I could stay here another year I would!
