Hill Place Apartments, fayetteville-ar

We’ve had such a great experience living here this past year. The apartment complex itself has been amazing, and all of the staff have always been friendly and welcoming. Rome especially has been incredibly helpful throughout the year. She’s always been willing to answer questions, help with anything we needed, and make the whole experience stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and wants everyone to have a good experience here. We really appreciate all the help from her and the rest of the team, and we would definitely recommend living here!

There are pros and cons of this complex as there are with most/ all complexes in the area- I’ve had my good moments and not as good moments here , however the main thing that has stayed consistent is the help and effort put into situations dealt with by I believe the assistant manager named Noah R. He is rarely not wearing a hat so you should be able to see him. Some of the front office workers have given me troubles in the past but Noah has yet to fail at making my experience positive and seamless with great care and customer assurance. Great guy !

Amazing apartment complex! I feel safe here and the location is fabulous. I love the amenities (2 pools, multiple lounges, club house, study rooms, grills and more.) The apartments are fully furnished and it is a dog friendly apartment complex. Plus, they host fun events all year long! The staff is super friendly and helpful. :)

I recently had some issues to sort out, and Myles made the entire process incredibly smooth. He didn’t just treat it like a routine task but rather he actually took the time to listen and was genuinely kind. It’s rare to find someone who is so patient and committed to making residents feel heard. Thanks to his help, my situation was handled perfectly. It’s staff members like Myles that make this community such a great place to live!

Quite possibly the worst place to live, so many issues I’ve had with this place, first I’m paying about $1,000 a month for a NORMAL 4 bedroom apartment no upgrades, multiple issues with our washer and dryer, issues with door knobs falling off, AC not working, toilet breaking, this place is simply terrible, parking is non existent every spot is compact and most nights I’d have to walk a good distance to my building because there is no parking, during move i called the building 20+ times with no answer also they originally had me in the wrong apartment, out of date appliances, overall the area isn’t amazing as well a lot of homeless people in the area, hot tub doesn’t work pool was closed most of the lease, the gym and main building was under construction for months with no access, the bedrooms are so small where you can’t even have the bathroom and your bedroom door open at the same time, they’ve charged late fees before late fees are supposed to be charged, they have a shuttle that’s never running and there’s many more things on the list, for the price it has to be one of the worst places in Fayetteville to stay,
