College Corners on High, farmville-va

College Corners in a wonderful place to call home for Longwood University students! The units are kept in excellent condition and management is always friendly and responsive. I love having a washer and dryer in my apartment and the private parking lot is a major bonus. I highly recommend living here if you are looking for a fully furnished apartment that is practically right on campus!

I would steer away from this company, had a horrible experience with them before they changed names but I’m pretty sure it’s the same family that owns this place. But just like the other review I would steer away. They will do tactics to stress you out, invade your privacy, and give you the worse landlord experience that you will ever experience in your life. Save yourself the headache and the stress

I would think twice about renting from this company. While they did eventually terminate the lease and return the security deposit it caused a tremendous amount of stress to our child and family. In my opinion they are difficult to work with and unprofessional.

I love the close proximity to campus. It’s just a few steps away from class. Signing a lease at College Corners on High has elevated my student life for the better.
