U32 Apartments, fargo-nd

Overall, it is good place to live. But they can fix few issues, in gym and recreation area. The treadmills are very old and they make lot of sound. I feel they are somewhat unsafe. They must be upgraded. Also, the sauna room heating has some issues. Almost all the time, the heater will not work until until it hit reset button. Also heating takes long time. Another issue is the concentration of chlorine in swimming pool and hot tub. I think it is much stronger than it should be. Apart from these issues, the apartment is great place to live and do not have other issues. It is super clean all the time, the staff is very helpful and respond very quickly.

Jaelyn is AMAZING! She is very easy to communicate and work with. If you have questions she gets the answers as soon as possible. During the tour she was very informative and properly communicated with us. She always went out of her way to communicate with us and check up on us. She is also very understanding. We unfortunately chose a different apartment, but U32 is a great option. Overall, she was very helpful during the process of my boyfriend and I potentially moving in. Thank you for everything, we appreciate it!

The amenities at U32 are worth the price you pay to live here. I would give it five stars if it wasn’t for the fact that college kids don’t know how to appreciate or take care of the nice things we have. U32 is quick to respond when rules are broken and attentive to us when we report to them. I will continue to invite more people to live here because overall? I love it!

I would definitely not rent at U32 ever again. Since the new management company took over, the quality of the apartment amenities has severely decreased. The maintenance/repair with the pool and gym have been dissapointing to say the least. The pool and hot tub have been closed more times than I can count in the last couple months. And the gym equipment hasn't been maintained well either.

U32 is a great place to live, the staff are welcoming and the amenities rock! The manager Donavin is always super helpful and is great at communicating to all of us residents about events and stuff going on around the building. Isaac is also fabulous to work with, he showed me the apartment and you can just tell he loves his job so much! Highly recommend moving here! Never have any issues. Not to mention their flooring vendor is the best in town! 🤌🏻
