Fine space to live in. GARBAGE management. We received a fraction of our security deposit after spending hours cleaning in preparation for move out. We had the carpets professionally cleaned and were still charged over 400$ for a cleaning fee upon move out. There was a 40$ charge for drywall repair which we were expecting to pay, but were not expecting to be charged for management deciding to have the entire apartment repainted, which was another $400. When we first moved in, our dryer vent was not attached and we had to clean our whole apartment from the dirt NOT cleaned prior to us moving in. Yet over 80 pictures were taken of a single piece of lint or one piece of hair on our move-out inspection. Unrealistic expectations for a tenant and all so they can put more money in their pocket. Taking advantage of college kids who are already broke. Free pizza once a month doesn’t make up for the $900 we won’t be getting back. This management company is greedy and a joke. I would never rent from them again. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.

If you go to NDSU, you need to live at The View!! Not only is the property beautiful and modern but there is a strong sense of community. You can always find a friend doing homework in the study rooms, hanging out on the rooftop deck, or sipping a drink in the coffee shop right next door. I save so much time and money by having fitness facilities on-site and being able to walk to class. Could not recommend more!
