I already liked Goldmark from a previous experience renting through them but this time around the experience has been so much better. Courtney has been amazing from first contact. She gave an list of possible apartment that fit my needs and budget, she was available through email and phone when I had questions and made sure to follow up. I have never had such a pleasant experience looking for a new place to rent. I would highly recommend goldmark and Courtney to anybody.

Our place has cockroaches still does When we moved in the carpets were disgusting Cupboards were missing The walls were disgusting filled the cockroach poop same with the drawers The only positive thing is the lady that’s the Apartment manager is really cool. Very nice understanding she cares unlike some Apartment managers. She’s always answering her phone always getting on top of the problem. And trying to resolve it.

Goldmark is absolutely awful! I have been living in one of their apartment complex’s for almost 3 years. Every year the complex keeps raising my rent for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom little tiny apartment. I have had absolutely awful service when it comes to maintenance. The build itself is awful. These 3 years have been the most difficult years of my life due to awful neighbors who are loud and obnoxious. Not to forget the neighbors who had the cops there constantly, due to someone having a warrant and they needed my help. There has been drug use and people using my parking space and goldmark hasn’t help with anything. Charging ridiculous amount of money for the use of the washer and the dryer that don’t always work. Oh and in the winter they don’t plow their complexes till days later. Some of us have to work no matter how bad the roads are. So it’s been super inconvenient for me to get out of my parking spot and out of the driveway. I have no good things to say at all about goldmark. I wish I could get out of my lease and go live somewhere better but they will charge an arm and a leg for someone to get out of a lease! Just overall wish this company would get sold to someone that will treat their residents with respect and care!

Sean came out today to replace are patio door handle that broke about a week ago and to look at are kitchen faucet that was leaking. While he was here I asked if he’d take a look at a couple miner things I thought weren’t working perfectly like my bathroom door knob so he ended up replacing part of it. All in all, he was super nice and helpful with everything. We really appreciate him coming out, fixing everything for us today thank you very much.

Our maintenance fella Gus is just the absolute best. Called in a leaky pipe around noon, he got here super quick, fixed the pipe easy peez and is just a swell fella to talk to. Thank you again Gus!
