I already liked Goldmark from a previous experience renting through them but this time around the experience has been so much better. Courtney has been amazing from first contact. She gave an list of possible apartment that fit my needs and budget, she was available through email and phone when I had questions and made sure to follow up. I have never had such a pleasant experience looking for a new place to rent. I would highly recommend goldmark and Courtney to anybody.

Our place has cockroaches still does When we moved in the carpets were disgusting Cupboards were missing The walls were disgusting filled the cockroach poop same with the drawers The only positive thing is the lady that’s the Apartment manager is really cool. Very nice understanding she cares unlike some Apartment managers. She’s always answering her phone always getting on top of the problem. And trying to resolve it.

This place has a serve lack of empathy for the tenants, they don’t even know what a AC unit does , we said it’s not removing the humidity in the air and both the maintenance man and his boss say, “well that’s not what these do!” What the hell, that’s what an AC unit does and should be draining the water out the back, ugh 100 degrees out side and one can’t even live in there home that they pay rent to durning the summer, and they won’t replace a old unit either. But yet raise the rent!! Makes no damn sense to us at all! Thank goodness the last attempt to have the maintenance man look at it finally took it apart and found the issues , loaded with black fuzzy stuff!! Mold! And cleaned it out and what do you know, running cold and water draining out the Back! Now we will see what happens with the bugs in her apartment

Sean came out today to replace are patio door handle that broke about a week ago and to look at are kitchen faucet that was leaking. While he was here I asked if he’d take a look at a couple miner things I thought weren’t working perfectly like my bathroom door knob so he ended up replacing part of it. All in all, he was super nice and helpful with everything. We really appreciate him coming out, fixing everything for us today thank you very much.

My recent maintenance request was resolved very quickly and professionally. Jared was incredibly friendly, helpful, and thorough with his work, and made sure to clean up the area before he left. His consistent communication made it easy for us to find a convenient time for me to schedule the repair.
