The Main on University, fairfax-va

Gabriella in the office was amazing! First time I was able to get questions answered and she even called me back to inform me of changes. Best customer service! The Main on U is a beautiful apartment complex, I only wish some of the students would treat it as the premier apartment complex in the area. Great amenities and a super great place to live!!!

WiFi is basically unusable This place markets itself as a student apartment, but the WiFi is an absolute joke. Some days it goes down for hours straight. Some days the speed doesn't even hit 1 Mbps so can't do anything with that. And some days it just keeps cutting in and out randomly all day long. WiFi should be the bare minimum for a student apartment, especially at this price. If you're a student considering moving here, ask them straight up how stable the internet is because I've been burned and it's not worth it. Please consider student has to take online exams and do quizzes through the school system.

Alayna is so helpful and kind! I had an issue with a missing package so she took the time to go through every single locker and find it for me. I really appreciated that a lot and wanted to give her the recognition she deserves!
