I've been thinking about renting at this building for years, and finally got a tour today. Even from our initial phone calls, Molly was an absolute gem and made me feel very comfortable with the process and excited to tour. Having wondered about the interior of the building for years, finally getting a tour was eye-opening in the best way. The units were immaculate and much more spacious than you would think. Many had fantastic views. Molly went above and beyond answering my questions and providing authentic, grounded, sensible, scenarios and ideas of what everything would cost, as well as describing the general feel of the building, parking, neighborhood, etc. Her friendliness and hospitality were truly refreshing. Now that I've seen the interior, I can say with full confidence that Molly sealed the deal-- this is a special building in a great location and the units are beautiful. I'm excited to move in!

Staid here for 2 years and had an overall positive experience. Pros: Great communication/help by the property manager - Quick and helpful maintenance whenever something went wrong in the unit - Great neighborhoods/parks to walk too nearby (west of Broadway) - Amazing views of the mountains if you get a unit facing the east - Starbucks next door Cons: - Extremely noisy along Broadway - Frequent homeless activity around the area along with crime (though it’s a locked facility, it’s easy for people to sneak in off the street and steal packages)

I was a resident here, it's been experience i've had yet in an apartment. leasing manager is the sweetest soul, neighbors are all super chill and quiet and if you live in the broadway side you get the prettiest mountain view. 10/10 recommend especially if it's just you living by yourself. secured building as well, made me feel really safe.

Rent goes up while amenities go down. There used to be a bicycle storage room that got broken into and never repaired, so it's now just a dead room, and the two car lifts inside the garage break down often. This year after resigning a lease they are adding a $30/per additional resident, above one resident. Dog park area is okay but usually half of it is mud.

good luck getting your security deposit back. the new management is terrible with communications
