Koz on North Broadway, everett-wa

I lived here for over a year and Molly from the beginning made my time at Koz one of the easiest apartment experiences I have had. If I needed things fixed or had any problems she was quick to take care of it. And if it wasn’t a quick fix she was excellent at communicating what would take place and the timeline. If I ever move back to Washington State I would not hesitate to live here again!

I've been thinking about renting at this building for years, and finally got a tour today. Even from our initial phone calls, Molly was an absolute gem and made me feel very comfortable with the process and excited to tour. Having wondered about the interior of the building for years, finally getting a tour was eye-opening in the best way. The units were immaculate and much more spacious than you would think. Many had fantastic views. Molly went above and beyond answering my questions and providing authentic, grounded, sensible, scenarios and ideas of what everything would cost, as well as describing the general feel of the building, parking, neighborhood, etc. Her friendliness and hospitality were truly refreshing. Now that I've seen the interior, I can say with full confidence that Molly sealed the deal-- this is a special building in a great location and the units are beautiful. I'm excited to move in!

The whole moving process was easy and clear because of the management here. I believe if you're leasing office is transparent, efficient and patient with you, you’ll rarely run into any problems. I do love how new the building is though, parking is an issue but there’s garage and lot parking (with a fee).

New management is amazing (Molly’s incredible). Rarely does it feel those working in the service industry these days care much for the actual customer service part of the job - not the case here at all. Feeling like staff are properly invested in the businesses well being makes all the difference when trying to decide where you’re going to live for the next 1-3 years. A++

Never been at a place where the landlord is as accessible as she is and so helpful on anything apartment related. Molly truly goes above and beyond to make staying here so easy.
