Eagle Village is a complete joke. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I wish I could give a lower review. Living at Eagle Village has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment itself is falling apart, but the management is even worse. Nothing gets taken seriously here—especially if you’re a young tenant. My roommates and I are four teenage girls, and it was VERY clear we were ignored until we got a parent involved. The second a dad got on the phone, suddenly they wanted to listen. Embarrassing. Here’s a timeline of the chaos we’ve dealt with in just a couple months: 8/16/2025 • AC broke – had to call emergency maintenance • Sink broke – emergency maintenance again • Furniture was literally in the WRONG apartment and we had to go to the front desk to get it fixed 8/25/2025 • Shower broke – maintenance came, marked the work order “completed,” and DID NOT FIX IT 8/29/2025 • Dryer broke – submitted a work order 9/13/2025 • AC broke AGAIN – emergency maintenance • Instead of fixing it, they shoved TWO WINDOW UNITS into the apartment 9/18/2025 • AC still didn’t work – emergency maintenance said there was “nothing they could do” 9/26/2025 • Called Eagle Village for an update on the AC – no one showed up 9/30/2025 • Half of our apartment lost electricity – someone came to “look at it” 10/9/2025 • Had to get my mom involved because nothing was being done • Went to the office and got dad on the phone • Management finally acknowledged the situation and said we’d get a utilities credit • Showed the property manager the apartment • Reported BLACK MOLD Instead of testing it or taking it seriously, they told us it was NOT black mold and left it at that. Because they refused to do anything, we had to buy a black mold test ourselves, and it came back VERY positive. The fact that four teenage girls had to spend their own money to prove a serious health issue that management brushed off is absolutely unacceptable. 10/20/2025 • Dryer broke AGAIN – another maintenance request submitted On top of all of this, we just had a snowstorm, and once again, nothing has been done. Walkways and areas around the apartments were left untreated and unsafe, which just adds to how little management seems to care about tenant safety unless they’re forced to. This is NOT normal. This is NOT okay. Work orders are constantly closed without being fixed, appliances keep breaking, and serious health concerns are ignored unless parents step in. We were expected to live for weeks without real AC while paying full rent, and now we’re dealing with unsafe outdoor conditions too. If you’re a student or young renter, do not expect to be respected here. Eagle Village only cares once pressure is applied, and even then they do the bare minimum. Save yourself the stress and live literally anywhere else.

Don’t let all the fake 5-star reviews fool you - they’re all fake and technically illegal, per the FTC. Incentivizing people to leave a “positive” or “5-star” review to be entered into a drawing or raffle is illegal. See images attached. You will get charged random fees at random times without explanation. The parking situation is terrible. WIFI is so bad, it’s almost comical considering you have to pay for it. Management is not very helpful and is only interested in getting as much money from you as possible. Which is funny, because the money you’ll pay clearly doesn’t go towards maintaining the apartments at all. But woohoo, there’s a tiny gym. The rooms are tiny, there’s poor paint jobs all over the apartment, and when you move in it will be very dirty. There is always constant issues with the washers or dryers. Save your money and go somewhere else that’s worth it. There’s a reason they’re begging for good reviews.

OMG. I have so many words. First they are so disorganized, I am not sure what they do in their office but when you want to speak to the head of that place. They are always in "a meeting". They constantly change management (I wonder why LOL). To the point where I get confused because I have a ESA and they kept charging me for a pet fee. I called them once and they said Oh its right here. You should've done that before since I called multiple times leaving voice messages. After that situation we got new management I asked why I am paying my pet deposit again they said because of the new management which.... when you put in all you information for a banking system, they get new management how would they loose all your info.... right.... Second, they will show up to your apartment unexpectedly. No warning, nothing so be prepared for that!! Oh if you have emergency maintenance after hours forget about it. My water kept going off in my apartment which lead to a literal flood to my downstairs people. They literally had to evacuate the property. There was water shooting out on the side of the apartment. You are literally paying about $800 dollars to live with 3 other people. Your rooms are 4x6 and share a sink and a bathroom for other people. You can literally find so much nicer places for example if rent is 1,000 and you have a singular roommate.... its $500.... right... When I applied to live here. I had to move in by a specific date (as other apartment complex's do) Prior I called them constantly asking for more updates then said ( We are trying to pair you with people that have similar interests with you. Girl, I am literally just trying to have a roof over my head and go to school.... The fact it took them over 2 and 1/2 months. As I said before three days prior for me moving in they told me who I am moving in with.... Then they like to change the rent prices randomly.... For some positives. They are such people pleasures that if you physically stop by their office they will have empathy and show some concerns. -they have a dishwasher and laundry unit in every apartment. - If you are USI student, it takes 5 min max to go to USI. - they have furniture. Overall, if there are no more student apartments left open. And you want somewhere it takes 5 min max to go to school this would be a good choice. If you ask people that live there for a couple months/ year. I promise you they will all say its terrible and so disorganized. All the reviews you see here, they ask for it and will give you something in return for that 5 stars. If you are considering this place and now hesitate, you can ask me any questions!
