DO NOT RENT Here !! If i could vote this place Zero stars, I would !!! Talisha, the new property Manager, is horrific. She’s so rude, and she lies ! My daughter parked in the future residence spot for 10 minutes to move a couple of things, And Talisha had her car towed. Be very careful and I would not recommend renting from here. Our friends lived there for 3 years and was so rude to her today moving out. The property manager lies!! First, she said the car was there for two hours, at 8am, and then she said , well We open at 10 AM and when i got here a little before that , I waited to call the tow company .. Well, that is incorrect information !! I talked to the tow company. They got a call right at 10 AM right when they opened she called and they were there to tow the car at 10:20 so she completely lied to all of us and the company verified that What she said and what she did were incorrect !! It’s $360 and they don’t negotiate anything they’re awful. These are poor college students that they’re doing this too, and this is unacceptable business!! . They’re ruthless to work with here. This is a higher end apartment building. I enclosed pictures, The empty spot on the right side is the future residence spot that she parked out to bring a load down to the car… You should never be towing from a spot like that, and if it is an issue, at least leave a little note they would’ve seen it immediately. This new property manager, TALISHA girl is Not business savvy at all, and will not work with you. , because she doesn’t know how to be a property manager. . She has terrible people skills and doesn’t know the first thing about Good business and working with people and communication! . This is clearly someone that should not be working with the public . In addition, Another lie from her is They don’t have towing signs posted everywhere either., another lie she stated that there were signs posted everywhere! we walked around the whole building and there’s one tiny sign In the whole complex . You should never tow in a future residence spot!!! This is really bad business and this is going to be the third complaint from three different people that’s coming in this Talisha girl needs to go!!! And quite frankly she does not have the experience and honesty to be in this position and it shows . . Do not rent here !!!! Three years ago, the management was much better than it is now, so do not go here and do not talk to Talisha . Hopefully, she will not be there very long. And in addition has no respect for tenants that have been there for years. she even made one of our friends cry today. shame on you Talisha and the staff and corporate people of Union on Broadway apartments. Please people take your business elsewhere!!

New management are absolutely unprofessional and rude. New rent system didn't allow digital payments for at least a week after rent was due which made it near impossible for me to pay rent on time, and they still wanted to charge late fees because of their incompetence and inability to think ahead. Garage has been flooded for over a week and getting worse by the day. Outrageous rent for unprofessional treatment and overall rudeness by management. Staff is always kind, but the bosses are rude and unhelpful now. They used to be much better but for the Outrageous pricing, you'd think they'd treat people better and be more professional. Do not rent from here if you can help it.

you can only get your packages during business hours, which are very short when you work two jobs and don't get days off and on top of that the damn garage being broken every few weeks and not allowing entry or exit for several hours during the day it's repaired, which limits people like me to asking for money for an uber to work or appointments, which costs more money than I have and it's so constant it's not worth the $200/month to park there. And the fact it's been flooded in the garage for months. do not live here unless you like wasting money

My favorite is the 12th floor balcony. So beautiful. The whole building has a good feel. The units are very nice, the amenities are awesome, gym, pool, study rooms .. The staff is very helpful and have great sense of humors.enjoyable all around

I have been living at Union for almost two years now and I truly enjoy this resident building. The front desk is amazing and I have no issues with my floor or roommates. The amenities that Union offers is truly amazing!
