If there is one thing I will defend with my whole heart, it is The Flats at Chase. This place is not just an apartment building. It is a lifestyle, a personality trait, and quite possibly the greatest architectural achievement of modern civilization. Every time I pull into the parking lot I feel like I am returning to my own little kingdom. The vibes are unmatched. The halls deserve their own travel guide. The walls have probably heard me celebrating, crying over random life decisions, laughing until I cannot breathe, and somehow they have never judged me once. My apartment has become my favorite place on Earth because it is where I get to recharge, make memories, and exist in peace after long days. I genuinely look forward to coming home because there is nothing better than opening my door and thinking, “Yep, this is my place.” The Flats at Chase has somehow mastered the impossible balance of feeling peaceful while still making me feel connected to a community. It is the kind of place that makes you appreciate the little things, whether that is relaxing after work, enjoying a quiet evening, or simply sitting in your apartment realizing you do not have to be anywhere else. Living here has given me independence, stability, and enough happiness that I have probably become unpaid marketing for the building. If someone asks me where I live, I somehow end up giving them a five minute TED Talk about why they should move here too. At this point I deserve a referral bonus just for how much glazing I do. I came here looking for an apartment and accidentally found a place that actually feels like home. If apartments had fan clubs, I would be the president, founder, and most enthusiastic member of The Flats at Chase Appreciation Society.

I love the Flats at Chase!!!!! It is my first ever experience moving out and having my own place and they have made it so memorable. The staff is super sweet and goes above and beyond with their help. They also do lots of giveaways and engage with us residents by setting up activities for us, it makes me feel really welcomed. Everything is always clean and seems really well cared for. Their amenities are really nice, me specifically I enjoy the fact that the gym is 24 hours! I loved it when I toured, I love it moving in, and I knew I wanted to resign my lease the minute they offered it. I wouldn’t have my first apartment any place else!!!!

Absolutely terrible. I did a video tour with Dom and when he showed me the unit, he showed me one with a front load stand alone washer and front load stand alone dryer. When I asked during the video tour if that is how the unit I would be assigned to came he said yes and confirmed that twice. Then tells me I'm good and sends me who the roommate is. I was very thorough in my preferences providing my documentation that my dog is an ESA, again documentation provided. Reach out to the roommate and he was not okay with a pet. Strike 2. This should have been caught before even putting us in contact. They then put me in a unit that was over $400 more than what was really in my budget. Strike 3... this is the good one. I get there the day of picking up my keys. Do a tour. Fridge is completely dented up, washer and dryer is not a front load it is a stackable that was leaning so far into the wall it was kind of a miracle it didn't go through the wall. Opened the dryer, very strong odor of mold, opened the washer and even stronger smell of mold to the point it made me gag and was all I could do to keep from actually throwing up. When he put in a work order I told him I did not want to take keys until the work order was completed and his response "it's okay go ahead and take them" not knowing they marked me as move in complete. Get an email on 07/09/2026 that maintenance removed some specs of dirt snd everything good. Closed the work order as "dirt removed". One hundred percent nothing represented in person as to what I was shown. When I questioned that I was met with an argument that I did not do a video tour and it was indeed an in person tour which was very innacurate. Then on July 13th I receive an updated notice of work order being closed and status "mold marked" to which I am very confused. July 9th it was closed and marked as only specs of dirt so why changed on July 13th? I did not move one single thing in, I did not sign the move in inspection and refused to until it was cleaned. They are keeping my deposit and trying to make me pay over $2000 for their mistakes all the way around. Thankfully Cait at Stadium Park is amazing. I will be taking this to the BBB and looking into official complaints to be filed with The Flats at Chase because under no certain circumstances are they exemplifying anything that they are trying to represent. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT FROM THE FLATS AT CHASE

Beautiful apartments and minimalistic furniture. I love how secure the complex is, and the convenience of trash chutes and vending machines. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. They are super understanding of issues that may come up as a tenant. I generally don’t have problems with noisy neighbors, either. There’s always something going on, whether it’s fun events or food for residents in the lobby.

The apartment here is amazing, most of the staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Rent is very comparable to other ones and most of all feel safe living here as a female. Most of all the Amazon packages are SAFE and didn’t have any get lost. The apartment has a locker system that makes it fun too :). I highly recommend this apt, I’m a very happy resident.
