Stadium Parks is a great place for both UO and LCC students who are looking for an affordable option, yet don't want to compromise comfort. The complex is beautiful, well-taken care of, and I feel safe enough to take walks around the property. My only complaint is that the units are a bit worn down and dusty. It didn’t feel like they did much cleaning before I came. But you get what you pay for, so I can't complain too much here. It’s been a pretty good first-apartment experience so far!

Talk about a place dedicated for students! This place has it all and very centrally located! The staff is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Always working with me no matter what the situation. I have NEVER had a staff so dedicated to the comfortability of the tenants here! They go above and beyond! With a pool, gym, volleyball court, basketball court. Indoor meeting places and such a good package delivery lockboxes you cannot beat it. The price is affordable and probably the cheapest student housing in town! If you don’t rent here you are missing out on a deal for sure! Leave your old place and come to stadium park!

I’ve had a transition late in my life at my age to have to downsize from a large home to apartment living! It’s a very interesting life, and I had to move in quickly! They have been very supportive and understanding in my limitations and disabilities. As well with carrying my luggage into my apartment and they provided me with explanation of how things work at my learning age. This is the first apartment complex that I can say, I can walk the full entire complex area and feel completely safe. And it’s very luxurious and plush. I love all the staff. We have some wonderful amenities with Pizza Friday and other fun things in the pool hall room. It’s so close to Autzen Stadium and a grocery convenient Mart across the street. And I’m always catching beautiful rainbows over the complex often. I recommend them highly.

I’ve lived at stadium park for three plus years and the thing I liked most about them, was the staff. They go above and beyond to help all residents of stadium park with anything they need. Demi Lancaster is extremely helpful; I would advise everyone interested in living at Stadium park to contact her directly.

Really impressed with the property. The community feels well-kept, and the layout and amenities are perfect for student living. You can tell they put effort into creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the property stood out compared to a lot of other places. Definitely a great option for anyone looking for housing near campus.
