Please, do your thorough research before moving here. So many features and costs were not communicated and even upon asking for more information and clarification I was given many different and inconsistent answers. Very poorly managed and the apartment was in bad condition upon my move-in.

I loved this community! Not only is the management and maintenance staff always on top of things but they really try their best to make it feel like you are in your own community. Amanda the manager there is absolutely wonderful and it doesn’t matter what, but she will always find a way to ensure you are happy with your home. I would recommend K14 to anyone!!
