K14 Campus Flats, eugene-or

Please, do your thorough research before moving here. So many features and costs were not communicated and even upon asking for more information and clarification I was given many different and inconsistent answers. Very poorly managed and the apartment was in bad condition upon my move-in.

best apartment location near campus and a nice quiet community. Management is so nice and always made extra effort like leaving out drinks and snacks often!

I loved this community! Not only is the management and maintenance staff always on top of things but they really try their best to make it feel like you are in your own community. Amanda the manager there is absolutely wonderful and it doesn’t matter what, but she will always find a way to ensure you are happy with your home. I would recommend K14 to anyone!! Plus it’s basically on campus!!! Thank you K14!!

I lived at K14 and loved it! It's conveniently located right next to campus so all my classes were within a 5 minute walk. The apartments are clean with a modern interior. I highly recommend to anyone going to school at U of O!

Beautiful location, nicely taken care of. Super friendly staff! However, on both move-in day and move-out day, the elevator remained unavailable for almost the entire both of those days.
