I had a great experience during my tour at Chapter Eugene, and I especially want to thank Skye Suess for all her help. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel very welcome. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, making the experience much better. Thank you, Skye, for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate your help!

I had a great experience visiting Chapter Eugene. The building is beautiful and well-maintained, and you can tell a lot of care goes into creating a welcoming environment. The team was incredibly friendly and professional—everyone I interacted with was helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. Special shoutout to Nicholas—super chill, welcoming, and great with people. You can tell he really cares and goes the extra mile, even knowing residents and guests by name, which says a lot.

Very thin walls and overpriced for what it’s worth. I liked the student lounge, the proximity to campus and management, but don’t live here if you value basic privacy in an apartment. You can find much better places to live for way cheaper in Eugene.

My year at the Chapter at Eugene Apartment complex was truly a great experience. It was so clean and maintained thanks to Darin and Andy and the rest of the staff such as Nicholas, Courtney, Saskia, Sydney, Sky and more were attentive to all my needs. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for housing and especially students.

Darren helped me out big time and I just wanted to give him a shoutout. My lock stopped working around 4am and I was completely stuck, but he showed up really fast and got it taken care of without any hassle. He was super easy to talk to and clearly knew what he was doing, which made a stressful situation a lot less frustrating. On top of that, he also helped me fix my longboard so I could still get to work. That’s something he definitely didn’t have to do, and it honestly made a huge difference for me that day. Really appreciate the help—Darren’s reliable, helpful, and just an all-around good guy. Definitely grateful he was the one on call.
