I had a great experience during my tour at Chapter Eugene, and I especially want to thank Skye Suess for all her help. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel very welcome. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, making the experience much better. Thank you, Skye, for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate your help!

Our daughter will be moving into Chapter Eugene this fall, and we are beyond excited! The location is perfect, and the community is so clean and welcoming. Courtney, the leasing manager, was amazing to work with—she guided us through every step and made the whole process stress-free. We feel so confident about our decision and can’t wait for her to move in!

Lived here for two years and I have opinions. Positives: this place is REALLY close to campus. There were times when I could get out of bed 5 minutes before my class started and be there on time. In addition, the common areas are nice, and you can get a lot of good use out of them. Negatives: The apartments themselves are VERY cheaply built. The walls are like they're made of posterboard, providing zero soundproofing and denting easily. There's also gaps between the walls and the ceiling, which is exposed concrete. The floors are wood panneling that starts peeling off with use. Things just fall apart. Be prepared to contact maintenance regularly. The rooms are TINY, prison cell sized, and your window will probably be looking straight out into the wall of the apartment next door, barely letting in any sun. The provided furniture is uncomfortable, chosen more for looks and cost than utility. These are in no way "luxury apartments." You can feel how everything was built as cheaply as possible. At the end of the day, you're paying for the location. If that's all that matters to you, it's worth it. But after living here for two years, I'm glad to be done with it.

I had a great experience visiting Chapter Eugene. The building is beautiful and well-maintained, and you can tell a lot of care goes into creating a welcoming environment. The team was incredibly friendly and professional—everyone I interacted with was helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. Special shoutout to Nicholas—super chill, welcoming, and great with people. You can tell he really cares and goes the extra mile, even knowing residents and guests by name, which says a lot.

My year at the Chapter at Eugene Apartment complex was truly a great experience. It was so clean and maintained thanks to Darin and Andy and the rest of the staff such as Nicholas, Courtney, Saskia, Sydney, Sky and more were attentive to all my needs. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for housing and especially students.
