I’ve been living at Capri for almost two years now and it’s been great! The staff and maintenance are really responsive and friendly. They are always doing the most for their residents and are super sweet. I’ve never had to wait more than a few days for things to get fixed and they are always willing to help! I love how close to campus it is because I don’t have to worry about walking more than a few minutes to my classes. I’m looking forward to living there next year too!

I have been living at Capri for almost nine months, and my experience so far has been amazing. The staff and Avery in particular are wonderful and go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and well taken care of. I can only speak highly of them. I was previously in a difficult housing situation and found myself without a place to live before my arrival in the States. As an international student, this was especially stressful. I contacted Capri, and Avery was able to secure me a spot within days, even before my arrival. I truly cannot thank him enough for helping me during that time. I also want to highlight how great the maintenance team is. All of my requests have been handled within the same day, and most issues were fixed immediately. When that wasn’t possible, a follow-up was always scheduled promptly. The location is another big plus, as it is very close to campus. Occasionally, there have been issues with homeless people going through the trash, but Capri has taken reasonable measures to address the situation. Overall, I would definitely recommend living here. It is affordable, and the staff genuinely care about doing right by their residents. ❤️

Wonderful rooms for the price, attentive staff and liberal customization policy. Almost assuredly the best pick out of all the student-aimed housing choices in Eugene; and if you really like it, you can stay even sfter you graduate. BONUS CONTENT: They have Patches the Office-cat. If you don't know about Patches, then you should definitely come find out about her... she's very important...

My boyfriend and I have lived here for two years and have had a great experience overall. The apartment is super close to campus and other popular restaurants. Staff is super helpful and friendly and I've never had an issue woth maintenance staff either. I would highly recommend if you're a student!

I love living at Capri! I've lived here for two and a half years! It's super close to campus, the apartment is great, and the office staff, especially Lily, are great!!
