I've lived at this apartment for all 3 years, honestly its not bad. Parking is 100/mo dollars and kind of terrible, but I've heard of less break ins here than other apartments west of campus. But scrapes are common, the poles are huge and its not really a nice place to park. Nate(the handyman) does his best and usually if they don't have to order something its fixed within a day. (Try to make orders for fixing items during the slow months) The appliances are cheap, like all the other appliances for the expensive apartments in the area. The management tries their best and will take advice if you have it. Arena tries to be like the luxury apartments but with a slightly cheaper price. Its fine if you want to prioritize living close to campus with slightly more security then west campus. Its somewhat far from affordable groceries, although you can take the EMX to the safeway or walmart in Springfield. Don't believe that it will fill up, usually it gets cheaper to rent closer to the school year starting, with the note that if you wait you may not be able to have the ability to room with friends. But a lot of places around eugene get huge sales closer to the start of school.

I wanted to publicly recognize Kaitlyn at the front reception for her outstanding service. She recently stepped outside of her standard role to assist me, demonstrating incredible initiative and kindness. It is rare to see someone go so far above and beyond for residents, and her efforts are deeply appreciated!

The interior is very lovely and the view from the rooms is astounding! Being able to look out upon the University of Oregons expansive campus from the luxury and comfort of the Arena District Apartment rooms is an experience I recommend to anyone looking to rent affordable housing near campus. The staff are also very friendly!

Generally a good apartment building. Nice rooms and amenities. Generally quiet. Problems I’ve had: Poor communication in regards to move-in. Emails are often vague Apartment was not very clean when I moved in Delivered packages seem to be left out and generally seem to be left unsecured Although I have not experienced this directly, I have been told maintenance is not the best/quick. Apartment is close enough to campus with great bus access and proximity to restaurants and shops. Despite my issues with the place, I would renew my lease.

Good place to live, definitely on the expensive side and I don’t really think it’s worth that price. Living spaces are very secure while bike and car parking leaves a lot to be desired. All the staff are amazing, prompt to respond, and very capable. Front desk staff were very helpful and understanding through all the issues that cropped up, and the maintenance guy Nate is a GODSEND for this apartment. Our unit had so many issues—especially with our washer—and they were always on top of it and hard at work to figure out the issue. Units themselves left a lot to desired, bathrooms without proper ventilation, faulty heating, broken or missing parts of furniture etc. I would recommend living here if you don’t have a lot of your own furniture and are fine paying a little extra for some of the amenities. While the units and property definitely need work—though let’s be honest what college apartment doesn’t—the staff are amazing!
