Honestly, the apartment part was amazing, it’s very spacious and nice. However, there were already issues when we moved in, broken lights, Heater broken, dishwasher broken, water pressure not right. But we were in the oldest building so it was slightly understandable. The maintenance guys were absolutely amazing and I love them, they’re so sweet, however, the management? Absolutely not. Lots of them are dismissive about valid issues and don’t seem to understand people who have issues and disabilities. Me and one of my roommates have been harassed, had people climb down our balcony, stomp on their floors bc we told them to be a little quieter, we’ve had people come to our sliding door; people riding down the stairs and breaking them (which Management responded to us by telling us to clean it up during cleaning checks). This place also only offers full year leases and you are unable to stop paying rent unless you sell your lease or your lease ends. And if you plan to move out early? They give you about a week, and then you STILL have to pay rent. It’s been a pain and honestly not worth it. We’ve had to report neighbors and roommates countless times for valid reasons and despite our concern, validity, proof, and begging, they would dismiss us and say that we need to “be more mature” and “be adults”. Management warns about no smoking or drinking in the apartment, however our drunk neighbors are never dealt with. Management team earns this place 1/5 stars but I’ll give it a 2/5 because I like the space and how nice the apartments usually are, and the nice maintenance men.

I’d say 3 and a half stars just because it’s been a great experience just there has been a tad bit of issues but not enough to where I don’t feel safe. The maintenance workers have been nice and always willing to help whenever asked. I’ve had a good experience here. I’d say the best thing about snow gardens though is the people. From the hot tub area to volleyball, everyone seems very welcoming and always so much fun. I would have never thought that college apartments would be doing all of these rewards and stuff. I don’t know if that’s usually the case but that still surprised me. I think the worst thing I’ve dealt with at snow gardens was maybe the dryer just because I’ve had to dry my clothes like 3-4 times and maybe it’s just because of the dryer or how wet my clothes are but maybe that should be checked but they aren’t horrible. It’s right across the activity center where there’s places to play some sports games and go to the pull so that’s always nice to have near you, too. I’d recommend snow if you want roommates that are welcoming because also I’ve made friends quick with just people that live across from my dorm so that’s been amazing! I’d also say possibly check the heaters and see what’s up with them but other than maybe those few downfalls of it, it’s been nothing short of good here! Being in A building has been good too because I’m right next to the hot tub. But, again the best thing about snow gardens is the people that they bring in while also having pretty fun things to do around here.

Have had a wonderful experience living at Snow Garden apartments while attending Snow College. It has a great community and environment and I didn't have any friends when I came to college, but I've made a lot of friends living at SG. The apartments are super nice and spacious. Absolutely love living at Snow Gardens highly recommend if you want inexpensive off campus housing still within walking distance!

The management of Snow Gardens is exceptional to work with. They care for their tenants as if it were their own kids living away. They are responsive with concerns and strive to make this a positive and safe place for everyone. I'm so glad my daughter had the opportunity to live here.

Snow gardens is a great spot with very kind and quick staff! The clubhouse was very nice to meet up with friends and hangout with roommates. The rooms are a great size and the storage under the bed was a bonus! Loved my time in those apartments!
