Pinetree Condominiums is a fantastic place to live. The grounds are clean and nicely landscaped, giving it a chill vibe. The management team is friendly and quick to respond to any requests. The units are spacious and well-designed, making them feel like home. I especially love the people here, they are helpful, kind and inviting. It is located right behind the HAC making it a very nice short walk to campus and easily accessible to the workout facilities. There is also a movie room available to the residents. The location is ideal, close to campus, and other housing where you can easily make new friends. The only downfall would be how tight the parking stalls are making it difficult to get in and out of your vehicle. Though rent is on the lower side which is more ideal for us college students trying to save every penny possible.

Absolutely Not Worth the Price – Avoid Pinetree Housing If you’re considering living at Pinetree, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is absolutely not worth the price they charge. To start with, the internet connection is a disaster. It barely works on a good day, and there are frequent outages without any clear explanation. Most outrageously, during the Spring 2025 finals week, the internet was down for an entire week — a critical time for students relying on online access for studying, exams, and submissions. In today’s world, especially in a student residence, this is simply unacceptable. They will easily find any reasons to charge you violation fees or reject to return your deposit, but they have got no money to fix internet and other problems. The management is unresponsive and sluggish, taking their time with any reported issue. Don’t expect timely help or even the courtesy of follow-up communication. What’s worse is the blatant disregard for residents’ privacy. Multiple times, Resident Assistants have entered apartments without knocking or warning, sometimes even opening bedroom doors that are closed. There have also been disturbing instances of RAs lingering by doors in the evening and clearly eavesdropping, which is creepy and completely inappropriate in any residential setting. This is not just a matter of bad service — it’s a violation of personal space and boundaries. Nobody should have to live in a place where they feel watched or like their room isn’t truly their own. Moreover, the rules are not applied at the same level to everyone. If you are an RA, then management will turn their head if you have people of opposite sex or people who are not tenants in your apartment after kick-out time, but at the same time RA’s regularly eavesdrop at the doors of other tenants to catch some violators since they get paid for each person they kick out. There are plenty of other housing options nearby that are either more affordable or provide better quality and respect for tenants at a similar price point. I absolutely do not recommend Pinetree to anyone who values their privacy, academic performance, or basic respect as a resident.

Great location next to the Activity Center. Great management. Great memories. This is my third year living at Pinetree. I could never see myself living anywhere else while I finish school. Pinetree is a great place to live and makes the transition to college life clean, safe, fun, up to date, and affordable. As a student, what more could you want?

This is my third year at Pinetree and I love it here. Management is amazing! They will work with you and fix any problem that may arise. The location is perfect for walking to classes so you don't have to use your car to get to around. They always have activities that are fun and filling great for college students who are always hungry. The Movie room is great for a date night or game night with the BOYZZ!
