Park Place Apartments, ephraim-ut

I loved living here! It was super close to the school! The living situation was great!! I highly recommend!! My primary complaint is that you have to find a tenant to take over for your rent if you leave after fall semester. It wasn't a huge deal except one girl took over 2 leases in my apartment (mine and my roomates so she could have a room to herself). They gave her a discounted rate for taking two and my roomate and I had to pay the difference. Other than that, the buildings and management were great!

Living at Park Place was a really great experience! It’s a very nice place to live at while going to college. They were very responsive and whenever I needed something, I was able to get help quickly. They are also more than willing to help with maintenance if something breaks. If I lived there again I would definitely find a roommate before to live with but otherwise Park Place was a great place to live!

Just starting my 3rd semester at park place. I’ve really enjoyed my time here, Shaneen is great to work with and always kind! They have nice outside facilities that are available like the hot tub, basketball court and sand volleyball court. Overall I’ve enjoyed my time here.

Park place is amazing! Great customer service! As well as fast service all the time! The owner is amazing and just wants to help, and she does a fantastic job doing so!

I am just starting my third year of staying at park place and I love it! If you’re nice to management, management is nice and will take care of you. Everyone that walks into my apartment always says “ooooh this is really nice.” The park is great to do homework at during the fall and spring months because it’s pretty. Management has always taken great care of me and sends maintenance over when necessary. The students that live here are very nice and kind. I’ve met all my friends at Parkplace. I’ve never had a problem with anything involving the apartment. What I’m saying is, if you do what you’re supposed to, and treat others the way you want to be treated, Park place is the best place to live at Snow College!
