Cant take anyone for their word. I was told I could get out of my lease with no penalty and I even found someone to take over my apartment for them. Charge you for anything and everything. The “car tag” was just a piece of card stock with my apartment number on it. Moved out and got charged for the most outlandish things. When I did move out, I left it cleaner than when I moved in and they still charged me for extra cleaning. I did pay for the carpet cleaning though. The apartment itself looks as if the builders were drunk and half blind. Glad I’m out of that dump. I’m really glad you decided to reply to my review this way. It shows you would reveal personal information just to make someone look bad. But I had surgery done which made me incapable of lifting and going up 3 flights of stairs. I also didn’t realize that I couldn’t have help moving out of an apartment. The surgery and other personal reasons i didn’t realize I had to share with you was the reason I broke the lease early and had my dad move me out. Also, the reason your apartments stay full is because you’re one of the cheapest places in El dorado yet sitting at 2.5 stars. Not something I would gloat about.

I myself haven't lived in this apartment building but i did visit and it looked very nice. Right now i'm taking a break from school but when i go back i'll totally move into these apartments.

Didn't mean to hit 1 star, lovely apartments and professional staff. They seem sweet and we will be looking further into living here!
