So far, this place has been fantastic! The leasing process was very quick and easy. The staff have all been friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the experience. I took a tour recently, and the girl who showed me around (I believe her name was Lexi) was incredibly sweet, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. I also want to give a shoutout to Mason, who has been just at phenomenal. Thank you all for your great communication - keep up the amazing work! I’m really looking forward to moving in:)

These apartments are beautiful and the amenities for students are quite impressive. Our tour guide, Savant, was outstanding with providing us with all the information we needed. He was professional and had a kind demeanor. He was quick with answers to all of our questions. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. We toured the property to see if it would be a nice place for our son to stay off campus, who is attending SIUE. Well after the tour with Savant, we were sold. Our son will definitely be applying to live in these apartments. Thank you Savant and awesome job!! You were extremely helpful.

I toured The Social today and had such a great experience! The tour guide Jovee was amazing and very welcoming. They was knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. They made me feel comfortable and gave detailed answers about everything I wanted to know. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. From the atmosphere to the layout, everything felt very inviting, and I could truly see myself making a home here. Overall, I left feeling really impressed and excited about the possibility of living here. Definitely worth checking out!

I recently signed a lease for an apartment at The Social, and I am so excited to be living here next year! From the start, Mason took care of us and was truly amazing! He made the experience smooth and super easy; he was attentive, responsive, and truly took the time to understand what we were looking for. He made what could have been a stressful process very quick and easy, answering all our questions and making sure he helped with anything we might need!

Savant gave us a tour of the property and did an amazing job. His humor, personality, and positivity would be enough to sell me anything. He was great help and answered all questions we had.
