The Reserve - Edwardsville, edwardsville-il

My roommates and I absolutely love living here. The maintenance team is so quick to fix any issues. They are very friendly and respectable. The group of women that run the show in the lobby are very sweet and organized. The lobby, study rooms, and gym, is always very clean. Many of my friends move to Reserves because of these reasons. The 4x4 apartment itself is very nice. The closets are very spacious, and we love having our own bathrooms and washer/dryer. Neighbors are also great!

The staff do the very best they can with what seems like is not supported very well by Corporate. The responsibility is on 3 people to manage a very large apartment complex. They are always kind and considerate. I’ve been here 3 months and still do not have access fob for mail, packages or workout equipment. You’re only able to access during business hours, IF, someone is in the office. If not, you’re out of luck. The local fob company gets the blame. How many fobs were ordered ? When? How many units are in the complex? And were you going to rent without access? Filed a complaint with postmaster. It took 7 weeks to get approved. Apartment was smelly and dirty on move in date. Was told it was from being vacant for a long period. Not cleaned professionally for a $1,000 a month rent. Cabinets were left dirty from construction Although brand new apartment, noisy and not very quality finished inside . The expectations of complex are reiterated almost daily. Although it doesn’t seem to apply the other way. Units should not be filled without mail access. Let applicants know where they are in the approval process. LASTLY, it’s an AI phone system. Soooooo frustrating not being able to speak with humans. If your phone system is AI, then your computer system could let a potential resident see where they are in the process. So do your research here. My experience so far is not positive. This is owned by Ellmington and they own and manage complexes like this all over the country. You would think they would have it down by now. But it doesn’t feel that way.

The Reserves has been a great place to live over the past 3 years while earning my degree. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to call my home away from home. They have so much to offer. Shoutout to all employees who work hard to make it a great place!

It has the most gorgeous sunset and sunrise views out there! Especially when you decide you need to go out for a walk or run and see the sunset as your walking! You get to socialize and spend time with your roommates! Plus you get to personalize your home to make it feel magical!

Reserve Apartments are 10/10! I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Maintenance is available anytime you need. Should anything need fixing they make you feel like a priority and and get everything fixed in a great timeframe! The office staff are so incredibly friendly and willing to help in whatever way they can. They are willing to work with you for any accommodations needed because they really seem to care about all of their residents. The office also has plenty of activities and nights like Grocery Bingo! There is printing services and a gym available around the clock for residents. The apartments are beautiful and clean. While the pricing is high, it is worth it for the amazing services available and the quality and size of the apartment!
